This is my first time at the Jenison Arby's & was excited to try our new restaurant. First I was given way too much food & thought I had the wrong order & he told me no, it's right. Then he realized he put in way too much food & took it back out. Our fries & sandwiches were all cold. My chicken wrap looked terrible, I hope I don't get sick, I probably shouldn't have eaten it, but it was too expensive to throw away. I added a picture of my cold honey mustard chicken wrap. I realize it's new, but no excuse for that.

Horrendous service, placed an order on an app ordered 2 roast beef sliders with no cheese and they sent 2 chicken sliders with no cheese. Ordered a double roast beef sandwich and they sent a chicken sandwich, ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and Swiss and they sent a chicken sandwich with no bacon and no Swiss. Horrible service, no communication got every part of our order wrong.
