The young man at the counter was very polite! Even when my daughter’s burger was made incorrectly, the staff fixed it with no problems.

After being in the restaurant business for 10 years no restaurant should have really long waits for food, by the time I got it the food was cold as well. All the employees in the back were yelling and screaming. I heard one girl go back there and tell them to be quiet for customers and I assume the guy that was up front was the manager tried calming everyone down as well. I give props to the girl and guy that tried to stop the issue, and appreciate that the girl came out and apologized for everyone’s actions, which she definitely did not have to do. Clearly nobody else was capable of taking that responsibility. Nobody was wearing gloves and nobody washed their hands. It was a very awful experience for everyone waiting to have to listen to the cook yell let’s take it out back to her other employees as they should all be equa. They need to find workers that know how to communicate and handle stressful situations better. As a customer I would never go back.

The A&W is high volume enough that these onion rings are hot and fresh, the grease already starting to pour through the branded paper bag that they arrive in. Though these are undoubtedly mass-produced and frozen off-site, they actually look moderately appealing. The bits of onion showing past the breading feel more like a sneak-preview than a massive failure in execution. They’re far from perfect, however, and before I can even take my first bite, the breading is already starting to chip and shed onto the napkin below. The color is dark enough that I’m worried about overcooking, and the quantity doesn’t look particularly generous.Fast food onion rings are increasingly rare, but they basically come in three styles. The first, like Whataburger, mix a liquid batter with thin-cut slices of onion. The second, like Burger King, is some sort of vaguely post-apocalyptic onion paste that comes congealed into an artificial oval.. The third, like the since-discontinued Arby’s variety, is generally thicker and coated with breadcrumbs, which A&W mirrors. The breading is shockingly good, with all the density and crunchiness one would expect without overpowering the onion. Likewise, the onions are surprisingly thick and juicy, well salted and adequately greased. There’s not a lot of depth of flavor, and most of it is concentrated in the salt and grease of the breading, but the onion far from vanishes. For the most part, they aren’t too dry, but a handful of pieces were more like desiccated husks of breadcrumbs that proper onion rings. Bits of the breading chipped off with every bite, and shedding was as rampant as I predicted. Likewise, the close-textured onion rings had more than a few instances of slippage, which wasn’t helped by the frequency of fused together onion rings.I think these onion rings conceptually go all-in on the sensation of crunch and, for the most part, they deliver, with enough thickness in the underlying onion to keep it interesting.I haven’t eaten at an A&W since 2010 or so, so my prior knowledge of their pricing isn’t particularly high. $3.89 gets you a hefty snack-sized portion of onion rings, which is a little steep for the size and quantity, but I’ve paid a lot more for a lot less.Though they were my only item, I think these would work best as a complementary pairing to something else on offer, without enough depth or substance to stand up on their own. That said, they more than hold their own.

Literally the worst stuff I’ve ever seen at a fast food place ever they’re not supposed to close until 6 o’clock every time I come there close by 515pmThey’re extremely rude extremely unprofessional. I watched them smoking vale’s several times in the back where customers can still see themManager literally looks like a meth head

Honestly all of these people had bad experiences or were just crabby. When I went there it took 10 minutes, but a really good meal. I got the double mozza burger, and damn that was a really good burger. My drink came with ice, and the food wasn’t cold at all. No complaints.

Today 9/19/23 at 3:15 pm went after work to get a bite to eat. Went to see no one behind the counter no one taking orders or doing food it was a ghost town. Had 3 customers waiting as well. That’s not how you run a business and for that they lost probably over 30$ worth of business. So I’ll take my money else where who value there customersAlso there’s been many times I’ve came here to see nothing but employees on their phones even WITH GLOVES ON!!! And they don’t change their gloves either they just keep touching food after touching their gross phones. Nasty also there’s only like one manager that actually is social the rest just have snobby attitudesSide note maybe they would have heard us calling out to them if there weren’t in the back blasting music. SMH will NOT be back to this location by far the worst in the food court take your money other places you’ll probably get better service.

Not very sociable. Instead of standing at the counter for 15 minutes, you could have told me you were waiting on my hot dogs. Phones and whispering in each other's ears is all I seen.

Employees just sitting on their phones when's customers are waiting. Literally every employee.Food was ok. Ambiance was a bit of a joke as the employees cared more about showing each other videos on their phones.

We were the only customers. (I see why) We walked up to order two tenders baskets 6/22/23 5:30pm ($16 each but ok). The girls behind the counter instead of greeting us or taking our order instead went into the back and laughed about not taking our order. I mean, the new normal is one thing but these... pretty gross. If this is how they choose to run their business and treat the public, they deserve to fail.

Their food is so good! I love the fries from there! Also, the customer service is great, there are two guys who always provide the perfect customer services and always remember you. It can get busy but it’s very good.

Worst experience ever!! I ordered 1 SMALL cheesecurd and waited 30 minutes for it! No one was in line before me, and then there was 5 others that came, ordered, and got their food before me! The worst, all that waiting for a small cheese curd.

Incredibly poor service. I’m not kidding when I say the woman at the counter taking our order said not a single word. Besides her digging in her ear while I was ordering she couldn’t even tell me the total, she tapped on the card machine to indicate is was my time to pay.
