I have been coming to this location for a a few years now, they have not yet disappointed. They are a great team with great customer service and great drinks. I highly recommend this location.

Drive through only, would say when busy takes forever but doesn’t matter. They’re slow, they got my order wrong..which happens too often at this location. Gave me wrong size when asking for 24 oz didn’t have time because was already waiting 30 mins and had to bring my kid to school who was 20 mins late because of waiting so long. Asked to have bagel cut in half and wanted cream cheese on both sides. Got it not cut, so I had to pull it apart to share with my daughter. Ever since closing inside, it really has gone down hill. Only stop here if you don’t have to be anywhere for an hour..smh

Drive thru took 25 min for a door dash pick up order because there’s no inside counter. Not a good experience here.
The drinks also are so sugary with a burnt espresso taste. Very disappointing after having to wait for that.

We tried this location a year ago, the drinks were all disgusting. We thought we would give this location a try again. What are they doing there? We got one cold drink and one hot drink and they were both very, very disgusting. Not like anything I've ever drank. I go to a different Big b once a week, their drinks are fantastic. I'm not sure if it's the people mixing it or if it's the ingredients they have. Will never go again.

They are consistently slow, and they get orders wrong
I was looking forward to the tea latte, but it literally tasted like tea with a bit of creamer. I also ordered a cold brew with sweet foam. And it had the thinnest layer of sweet foam. The cold brew was fine. Maybe it is how they make it on the west side of Michigan. But I have ordered biggby all over the southeast area of Michigan. I've never had such a dissapointing tea latte and that is including other companies.
Turkey havarti was delicious. Yum!

We went to get the 20oz specialty beverage 1.99 re-opening deal. We found out after we ordered that half the drinks weren’t part of the deal. Be careful they advertise one thing and you get something else.

We’ve been in line for 35 minutes in the drive thru behind 4 cars and I’m worried the employees inside might have fallen down, or something. They obviously aren’t making coffee. I’ll let you know how this plays out…UPDATE: “I just got here” she says girl at the window. She hooked us up with free coffee coupons for next time, empathetically. Still not stoked on the exchange. Neither was dude in the truck in front of us.

They had a call off first thing this morning and the girl that was alone for an hour this morning and now has a trainee is doing a fantastic job!!! She is still so calm and nice even tho I'm sure she is over helped. I wish I knew her name she is very valuable to this place.
