Biggby coffee is MICHIGAN’s version of Starbucks both places serve expensive coffee. I don’t know enough about Biggby to know if it’s been politicized like Starbucks has.i enjoy playing scrabble and drinking cappuccino. Pretty simple actually.

Bro stopping asking me for a tip .your not serving me at a table for an hour you are making a 1 min coffee .I'm so ove4 coming here and constantly would you like to leave a tip ..it's ridiculous
Cole, Sawyer, Brittany, Katie, and Rachel are some of the sweetest and most hard working people i've ever met. They are hilarious and charming and they make the most delicious coffee i've had in my life. I could get lost in their eyes. Make sure to tip your baristas! They work too hard for what they get paid!

I’ve been to this biggby many times and the workers are clearly all very competent and hard working. The last few times I have come in, I have noticed Lauren, the manager, talking to employees like they don’t know what their doing and cannot do their job correctly, which is upsetting because I care for these baristas and expect them to be treated with respect. On the other note on multiple occasions I have come in and my drink has not been able to be fulfilled due to lack of supplies which is very uncommon because I have been coming to THIS biggby for many years. Highly disappointed in management, thank you
