Great service. Limited breakfast combos. Breakfast sandwich and black coffee was $10+, a little pricey. Music is a little on the loud side. No problem if you're eating by yourself, but if you are going to talk to somebody else it might be an issue.

To the two lazy girls that worked tonight you should be ashamed of yourselves!! On Dec 4 my birthday, I ordered a large mocha mocha and got which looked like a size medium and not a tall large and other biggby locations I've always asked for a large coffee and got a 24oz questions now problem. But apparently at this location they give you a very cheap size and they try to get away with selling it to you for over $6. It was not the correct size I just paid for I asked them to make it large 24oz and it seemed like the aka wannabe alpha of the team there said oh will we make it free. As a supervised them the entire time remaking my drink correctly they're laughing about it they did not put whipped cream nothing on the top so when I opened the lid there was about 4 inches of coffee missing so they basically cheapened and scammed me out again and lied to me like a bunch of high schoolers and replenished nothing of the amount that I paid for. These two should absolutely be questioned in their night shift and they should be supervised when we pulled up the bigger one obviously not sincere and she was sitting down on her phone and made us wait before taking our money. I pray they get fired for their unprofessional actions and grow up. Remember actions have consequences. #easilyreplaceable

My first time at a Biggby coffee. The crew that was working the morning shift around 11 AM on Wednesday, May 17th were fabulous. The person at the register recommended the spotted owl latte and it was AMAZING! I ordered an iced reduced calorie and it was so yummy I couldn’t tell it was sugar free options. My fiancé had the blended version. The bagels - also AMAZING. Great food, fantastic service, the only thing is I wish there was Biggby location in Minnesota where we live. Until next time!

STAY AWAY FROM INDOOR SERVICE!!!! 1st if you want a throwback of how you felt during Covid by all means go inside. After 8 months removed from CDC Health guildlines the morning manager and employee generously gave me a earful of how every owner is different and allowed to make up there own rules. These two geniuses made me feel very uncomfortable in this establishment and the moment you have to womansplain about CDC covid rules that are no longer in place gave me a genuine feeling that all customers are sickly including myself.
Most biggbey coffee locations that have dine in do not hoard the coffee that is usually sitting out for the customer in this case we are not allowed access to it. You are not allowed refill and are required to pay for a 2nd cup while still in store. There demeanor and service was that of we are bothering them while inside the store. If you go through drive through you may never see the above but let's be honest here the current crop of workers have gotten to used to closed door service and have forgotten how to treat customers. Super insulted will never return to this location.
