I love biggby, but this location kinda sucks. I don’t visit this location very often and live so close to it 😭. Every single time I order from here through the drive thru, they always get my order wrong. I get a mocha sweet foam cold brew, sometimes I add an extra shot if I’m feeling like I need a little more jazz in my life, but they always give me a pumpkin one or one that taste like it 🤢. Always super disappointed when I hit the highway and take that first sip.

Loved this coffee shop! It was right off the highway next to a gas station. So while we had to fill up I stopped in and it was great! If you wanna treat yourself to something tasty this is a great choice.

I don't like to be the person to leave bad reviews but I come here often and my last handful of visits have been less than impressive. I finally spoke up today about them putting some sort of milk product in my scuba and instead of taking a look at it to see that there was milk indeed separating she told me it was their neutral base and that's how it is supposed to look. This is the one thing I have liked to get from biggby for the last 4 years and it is not supposed to look like this. Especially not the froth on the top or cloudy water look. Managers need to go over drink training again. As a past barista this is not acceptable service.

Great service. Limited breakfast combos. Breakfast sandwich and black coffee was $10+, a little pricey. Music is a little on the loud side. No problem if you're eating by yourself, but if you are going to talk to somebody else it might be an issue.

For being located at a busy gas station right off the highway, this has the feeling of a quiet coffee shop.
Best Bixby in town! They are always super polite and very quick, unlike some of the other local Bixby stores, which seem to take forever. I go out of my way to use this location. Best iced coffee around!

To the two lazy girls that worked tonight you should be ashamed of yourselves!! On Dec 4 my birthday, I ordered a large mocha mocha and got which looked like a size medium and not a tall large and other biggby locations I've always asked for a large coffee and got a 24oz questions now problem. But apparently at this location they give you a very cheap size and they try to get away with selling it to you for over $6. It was not the correct size I just paid for I asked them to make it large 24oz and it seemed like the aka wannabe alpha of the team there said oh will we make it free. As a supervised them the entire time remaking my drink correctly they're laughing about it they did not put whipped cream nothing on the top so when I opened the lid there was about 4 inches of coffee missing so they basically cheapened and scammed me out again and lied to me like a bunch of high schoolers and replenished nothing of the amount that I paid for. These two should absolutely be questioned in their night shift and they should be supervised when we pulled up the bigger one obviously not sincere and she was sitting down on her phone and made us wait before taking our money. I pray they get fired for their unprofessional actions and grow up. Remember actions have consequences. #easilyreplaceable
