I love this gas station especially for they’re hot chocolate and slushies. Me and my partner have been going for a while and love it here. With that being said I’d appreciate if this specific lady would be more considerate on the time she takes to clean the cafe station. When I ask about how long she takes she’s pretty dismissive about it. She should consider cleaning the station when they’re about to close. This has been happening a few times now and it’s pretty disappointing to come to one of my favorite gas stations(places that are supposed to be quick and convenient) and to be told to wait 15 to 20 minutes each time.

I traveled a considerable distance solely for the pizza, arriving with high expectations based on the reviews. Typically, when my expectations are this high, I end up disappointed—but not this time. I was genuinely surprised by how exceptional it was, and I'm rarely surprised. The pizza was well worth the drive. I'll will be returning.

You have a beautiful building. Lots of great products. HOWEVER, today I decided on one of your burritos along with a couple of 20 ounce drinks… I waited in line and attempted to give my order to the person working behind the food counter. I was instructed I had to place the order on a kiosk. I, and many others like myself, REFUSE to give a business money that won’t even allow you to order your products from another human. So you lost my $15 sale today and any hopes of future food sales. I know that your food is good because your alto location doesn’t require this level of nonsense. I go there all the time! So while I will continue to go to the other location, your Grandville location is a no go for me. Of course whoever is reading this will probably point out the fact that many other business is also use kiosks… I don’t go there either.

This will likely fall on deaf ears, and that’s OK. But just know why your sales are not as good as they otherwise could be. For people that want to use kiosks, let them. But for the rest of us who would rather order in person, change your ways or lose this business.

I’ve been coming here 3-5 times a week for 2 years now (close to my work) and I’ve never had a bad experience. From the amazing selection of snacks, groceries, hot food in their cafe and doughnut case to the amazing staff that I’ve become friends with, coming here is one of the highlights of my morning shifts.

The only negative I would say is the rewards program leaves a lot to be desired when compared to others like speedway, but I do occasionally get a dollar off which isn’t but these days every little bit helps right? You also get 3 cents off a gallon on gas/diesel so that’s nice too.

THEY ALWAYS PUT THE MONEY ON THE WRONG PUMP AND I HAVE TO GO BACK INSIDE OR I HAVE TO MOVE MY CAR OVER TO GET GAS. EVERY SINGLE. TIME. IT DOESNT MATTER WHO TF IS WORKING😡😡

Very clean place with helpful employees!
Bricks has been the nicest and most consistent gas station I have been to in a long while.

This place is clean and very neat, but the cashiers are incredibly rude. They don't know how to work the notoriously glitchy tap to pay systems. I went there yesterday for coffee & scratch offs, I won't be back. The cashier was downright rude and fanned me away after it glitched out while I was trying to pay. He then told me I couldn't use my card because it was credit, when I told him it wasn't he pretended not to hear me, even though he had rung me up just minutes before and had taken my payment just fine. I asked for a manager who was standing right behind him doing paperwork, he refused to come help or even acknowledge that there was a situation.. I have no idea why elderly cashier Karl & his manager decided to be jerks to us this day, Me and my Dad simply paid cash and got out of there. We didn't feel very welcome ?

pizza has become very low quality and very expensive… I have had it with the incompetent customer service behind the kitchen counter. paid over ten dollars for two pepperoni pizza slices and a few bread sticks. The guy behind the counter informed me that the customer before me “paid it forward” but he charged me for my pizza still… Which was confusing and misleading. I didn’t know if that was supposed to be a joke? Oh and when it came, he served it with bare hands and it was so gross it tasted like a sponge of grease. Pools of oil dotting the cheese and the crust dissolved into mush. Undercooked and so wet it was falling apart. I asked for a refund! And I normally wouldn’t have… but it was necessary. They offered 10% off… and I said sure, but after I left I looked at the receipt and I paid full price ?Also pumps are extremely slow. After this last experience, I can say with certainty that I am no longer returning… :(

Great location with tons of vehicle w/trailer maneuverability. Poduct prices are steap, and gas prices are customary.

Walked inside with crutches I got a drink and some pizza the lady at the pizza counter wouldn’t give me a bag so I struggled for about 15 min to get back out side to vehicle. Won’t ever come back to this location
