The manager that this store been having on shift during evening hours she’s a heavier set burnett woman and wears her hair in a pony or bun. Every time I have an encounter with this lady she’s rude! Today put icing on cake, she gave a complete wrong order and handed it out the window in drive thru and I’m trying to flag her down and honk the horn and she’s completely ignoring me. I feel as this woman has no job training nor at that manager training! Always said if you don’t like your job what are you doing? Ugh definitely ruined my day ms.porkchop had a bad day.

Every time I go through the drive-through, it takes forever for them to acknowledge that I’m there. Since it’s a double drive-through, they should stagger cars fairly, but instead they’ll let 5 or so cars go through one lane before switching to the other, which is frustrating for people who arrived first.
They also consistently forget to include all of the items in the order.
That said, the food itself is usually pretty good and fresh.

WELL DONE 👏🏼 I have 3 kids and with that comes picky eaters. I was very impressed with the service, how generous offering crowns through the drive through to my kids! The staff were pleasant and polite! AND all the picky orders were correct AND hot AND delicious!

Amazing Staff and Hot Food
Every person we talked to when ordering and getting our food was polite and friendly. Our food was fresh and hot. I was very impressed with this location and the quality of people and food here. I don't normally visit BK but this location was a positive checkmark.

Just ordered for delivery and they shorted me a burger and take responsibility for it.
Was in drive-thru on Monday ordered a whopper with no bun. Was told they cant make that . I have been to multiple locations never had this issue. And was told they dont have a container. Which they do have a container ,I was told by a manager but they only use those for breakfast i was told. Make that make sense why cant u use the container to put a patty in , I was in there a couple weeks ago with no problem and was givin a container. Not good customer service in my eyes. Its hard enough to find restaurants that I can have an option for no bread due to a bread allergy. If there was an option for 0 stars I would put that. Not too happy. Now I had to go to another location out of my way to get food. I didnt have an issue there. I was given a container.
