The commercials for Burger King are always singing have it your way at Burger King. WRONG!!! I have yet to see that scenario happen to me. I have “NEVER” received My Orders from Burger King my way. Everytime, and I mean Everytime that I have gone to burger king on 44th Street in Grandville or another store I have always Ordered my Double Whopper with lite everything and with some extra onion. it never happens, NEVER!!! All I ever end up getting on my whopper is,Two Small, Thin, Onion Rings no bigger then the ones you can buy for a side. It's just upsetting and Just plain sad to see that the prices for the food is going up and yet I ask for less stuff on my Double whopper and some extra onion on it instead they don't do it. I haven't ever had it my way at burger King. make’s me always think twice before pulling into the parking lot to place an order.
It's closed no longer in business like all of them around my area. 😢

I wouldn't even eat there, they have burgers sitting out for hours and will still sell it to you. when i was working there i had to get on managers for not properly cooking chicken and they like to lift up fries 30 seconds before they are actually done cooking.I had a manager cuss me out because i told her the way to make a whopper, 4 pickles and 3 onions. Look around the booths no one knows how to clean properly. This place went absolutely insane with the new management they had starting in January. Hmm i wonder why they had to transfer?

Absolutely horrible service! Sat at the speaker in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one took the order. Another customer pulled up to the other speaker, got their order taken. So pulled around to the other speaker, sat there for 5-7 minutes, still no order. Go inside to order, stood at the register for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged the people standing there waiting to order. Not a “we will be right with you” or anything. They couldn’t care less. Left and went to the Hudsonville location.

Ordered on the app and was told they didn't have impossible burger when we arrived. Staff wasn't apologetic. Frustrating waste of my time.
I got there before closing time to order food and right as she said what would you like another lady in the background yelled WERE CLOSED, which I found very very rude.

It's so nice of this place to be an equal opportunity employer and hiring all the people with learning disabilities. They always mess up my sandwhich but I can tell they try their best.
They were so kind to give me a half a gallon of mayo on my whopper. Normally I would take it back but the tall gentleman with big teeth is clearly dealing with some severe handicaps so I didn't bother.
