About 8mos ago we had a terrible experience where they took 13 cars in front of us at the drive thru. There were 2 lines & after we pulled up they took everyone else for near 30min. When we confronted them they just laughed at us. Eight months later I try ‘‘em again (Sunday) 7:30 pm order 4 whoppers… vey little condiments (ketchup & Mayo) almost nothing for lettuce & onion & NO tomatoes (at all)!!! Tried calling no answer… typical. They’re THE WORST!! Been BK customer my whole life over ALL the rest! Sad! This location, the management, & these people are despicable. LOTS of choices all around. You’re hungry… drive by!!!! There’s something better right down the street!!!

Have ordered here multiple times over the last few months. It's just close by, so I figured that would make it convenient. But every single time they manage to forget all sauces, as well as other items. Today, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes because their online ordering was messed up, only for my order to be wrong when I finally got it. We were missing items, a drink, and all sauces. Seriously--it cannot be that hard; just get it together. I would recommend trying another location or, if you must go here, check all bags for each and every item before you leave. This happens too frequently for me to be nice about it.

BK is always ready to take and make an order exactly as requested. Don't believe me? Try them out for yourself.Parking: There are plenty of spots to choose from... always.Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids, let them enjoy burgers and fries and nuggets... come on, you know you liked it as a kid, too!Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are spread out accordingly to allow for wheelchairs, walkers, and walking assisted devices to effectively allow for maneuverability.
The food was good. But the woman in the purple hair made the atmosphere bad yelling at employees. And then on top of that we were told they do not have the two for five deal but then two customers after us an old couple was given the deal. Fresh food, but terrible service would rate 0 stars if I could. if you do not know how to be friendly, do not go into customer service. spent at least 10 more dollars than expected because the trainee did not know the buttons. click on it too hard because also the dining room is extremely dirty, not stocked up. And the drink machine is out of almost all the drink options.

Just went inside to order because the drive thru line was very long. There was only one woman working the window and the register. She was stressed, but extremely friendly and helpful. So to the woman with the purple hair, you’re doing awesome :)

The woman at the counter started giving me the cold shoulder and the young redhead making sandwiches gave me a dirty look because I had them remake my burgers I paid for with bacon that had no bacon. C'mon you screwed up not me! Get a good work ethic people, or get a job that doesn't make you so miserable you treat customers like this.Stopped back, great sandwiches but still subpar service, also slow and were serving out of order.
