Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Always a good sandwich and the cheese bacon fries are SO good. Inside the mall near Celebration cinema entrance and merry go round.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. This location is the worst. Customer service doesn't exist here. It may not be everyone but the ones who know who they are gave disrespectful and racist service to a veteran who is also a non Caucasian. Yet he is also someone who has serviced their country. Someone who contributed to rights and freedoms we love. Someone who willingly contributed to the positive in life. I will never spend a dime here. It's 2025 WE MUST DO BETTER!!!!

The food was amazing yesterday it was a busy day for them and the food still came out hot very friendly employees would recommend to all my friends and family and coworkers even when somebody tried to use fake money, the lady at the Cash register still was being polite and nice would highly recommend

The manager at this location treated a combat veteran like a criminal and accused him of having counterfeit money in front of his children and other customers & staff all because of the color of his skin. After he paid with a card and left his wife called to speak to this person who didn’t give her name about the incident. She was treated with disrespect as well. This manager needs to be removed from her position immediately and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here until someone does something about this. In this day and age to be judged because of your looks is ridiculous and unacceptable

Had the Old School CheeseSteak and it was amazing! Would recommend getting it with the Cajun fries!

Best place for a Philly sandwich, there needs to be more Charley's around Michigan cuz it's the superior place

The service was good, and they were friendly. My sandwich just didn't taste right and it was too salty. The bacon cheese fries were horrible. The fries weren't cooked all the way and it was just too much stuff just piled on top. The lemonade was pretty good.

I want to say that this is one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited. The woman who attended us was rude with a terrible attitude. The cook was very rude and had no desire to work. The food was horrible, the fries were cold, the California chicken sandwich was cold, the chicken wings had no flavor or salt at all, they were horrible and raw inside. It's incredible that you think you're going to eat something delicious and what they give you is pure garbage. That is why it is always better to eat at home. Apart from the fact that I am pregnant and just looking at the food made me sick. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!

Terrible!! All the way from ordering to the way my food was handed to me the overall experience was immediately regretted. I ordered a large Philly cheesesteak and fries along with a mango lemonade. There were three guys working all with hair that hung over their head without any hair nets. The Philly was so small and wrapped as if I ordered a hot dog. It was literally not even as wide as my index finger. The fries were literally tossed into a small brown bag with nothing else so the entire bag was literally covered with grease. I wasn't asked if I needed a bag or any condiments just simply handed something that was in no way shape or form worth $16. I came back to the counter for a bag or something and was given a small box that barely fit the fries inside. The lemonade was also very sour and I couldn't taste any mango. Sadly I won't be back. Prices have gone up everywhere and I immediately wanted my $16 and she change back.
