Been there 3 different times now. Doesn't disappoint. Food is always hot and delicious. Constantly being refilled because they dont fill up full the food containers. So it doesn't set for a long time. China One has excellent cooks. Whomever said the food wss cold needs their mouths checked. The only cold food is the desert cart. And sushi, which I dont eat. The hot bars were nowhere near hot enough, and the cold bar was not cold enough. The seafood salad was so warm that it was unfit to eat. Other than that, the food was mostly okay. It's passable, if you don't want to make the drive to a better option.
