This has to be the worst Chipotle in the whole Grand Rapids. Rude staff, no hospitality at all. I walked in and waited for 5 minutes before someone greeted me. 3 employees stared at me, looking like they were shocked to have a customer. Tried to charge me $2 for a cup of corn salsa as well. Goofy as they come.

I have been here 3 times, all 3 times it’s been something that they’re out of. Today it’s all the meat. They have no meat. Completely out of steak and it was a 15 minute wait for chicken. Last time I’m coming here. Clearly mismanaged or they do not have the facilities to support their customer base.

Went to Chipotle for dinner and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. My meal cost 19.00 for steak bowl YUP 19.00 for 1 person to eat UMMM NO NOT THAT GOOD TOOOO EXPENSIVE. 2 the place was filthy NASTY CLEAN THIS PLACE UP. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you wanna pay 19.00 for a meal just for you AND if you like eating in a DIRTY RESTAURANT. There is no reason for this restaurant to look this nasty, there is enough employees and there was like only 4 other people eating. Not 1 clean table in the whole place i had to ask for someone to clean a table. The way this place looks they got to have cockroaches and or mice and workers saw it Noone bother cleaning sweeping floors nothing. I will NEVER step another foot up in this restaurant!!!

Great service! Didn't realize when I asked for guacamole that it was extra. Food was great. Tables were dirty though; that may have been so because they were busy and didn't have time to wipe them down.

I really like Chipotle but the last few times going to this location has been a really bad experience. It’s never clean and it seems half the food is on the make line…we’ve also been getting seriously skipped on portions. My bowl was half full and it seems overpriced at that point. It’s sad because I honestly would rather go to a different location farther from my apartment. This past time was even worse. We didn’t get queso or chips we had PAYED for, or a heads up they were out. It is impossible to try to call the store to speak to a real person, let alone be able to get a refund for a bowl that is half the size of a normal one and missing several ingredients.

The price for 1 Chipotle was about $8.95. with one middle cup of pop $3 after all, I paid more than $17. I was not pleasant surprised that any stuff that you add on your burrito costs money, like spoon of guacamole($3), or queso sauce.
