The man who helped us tonight was kinda rude to us and took forever completing orders. Looked like he knew what he was doing but just didn’t care enough or something, the other girls working completed 5 each in the time he completed 1 ice cream.

Closed early. Just needed a gift card.

Got our cake home and noticed three giant holes in the back of the cake. Honestly surprised whoever made this and put it on the shelf didn’t either notice or try to fix it. For the price you pay for such a small cake, I feel like this shouldn’t have happened. The worker was there alone when we went in to pick it up, she was super sweet but the only one working there at the time. Seems like they need better staffing and quality control.

This used to be my favorite place to go for ice cream, but I am just shock how much their prices went up!!!!! For crying out loud I get it it's inflation but it's also only ice cream why do you have to charge so much. I used to get their ice cream cake a large one less than $30, now the little one is $29 which is ridiculous. Dairy Queen or Captain Sunday their ice cream is fabulous and their price is not so ridiculous high like this place!!! Very sad and I am pretty sure with these prices this place will not be in business for long!!! ☹️?

The customer service rep was awesome. The ice cream is always delicious ?. My lil guilty pleasure. I gave a 4 for atmosphere only because a good table wipe down and mop would have been beneficial.

Smelled like rotten milk…decided to buy a ice cream cake, they were all gone. The food is usually good at their stores but, the service and quality of this store wasn’t very good. I don’t think I should have had to wait too long, as there was only one customer in there sitting. I feel they were probably short staffed, maybe, possibly? I will be back, I feel like this is probably just something that probably doesn’t happen often.

Refused to service before closed said blender is broken after driving across town to get there. Azela and Wendy mixed girl and white girl with blond hair. Then when I walked in before 10 they said we are closed.

I was in there tonight and I couldnt get a shake and they didn’t have waffle cones. I left. Totally ruined my Mother’s Day.

Ordered online and had to wait in a 35 minute line after the website said the order would be ready. We intended this to be dessert with other takeout so it really ruined our whole night. We would have left after seeing the massive line if we hadn't already paid for it. Lesson learned don't get to go orders here you might as well just walk in and order at least you can bail if the line is long. When we finally got to the front of the line the person unapologetically stated that they didn't have the flavor we ordered, did not give an option for an alternative and that we could not cancel the order in the store. We spent $20 to spend 35 minutes in line and not get any ice cream and now we have to go wrangle a refund from a chatbot or something. I can't imagine giving this place another chance after such an awful experience.

Strawberry blonde is sooo good

Cold Stone is by far the best ice cream anywhere. PERIOD! But because I'm a rewards member, I got a BOGO "Gotta Have It" for my birthday. No photo, but I got the Chocolate Devotion just like this photo, but with 1/2 sweet cream and 1/2 chocolate, minus the waffle bowl. OMG!?

Thier doordash is literally never open for orders. Im convinced they close it on purpose to avoid working.

So disappointed I went in with my birthday coupon that expired the next day to find out it’s cash only and they can’t use the coupon with the system issue and I had cash but they wouldn’t honor the coupon so it is now expired and I didn’t get my ice cream for my

AMAZING service!! We came on 10/18, just before close. I asked about nuts in one of the ice creams and the nice yound lady immediately checked and then asked if I had any allergies. She offered to make mine in the back with fresh, non contaminated ice cream and ingredients. She didn't haff of roll her eyes or make me feel bad for causing her extra work. Nor for coming in just before close! I wish I caught her name. The kindness she showed me was immense and will stick with me. This was my first time at a Coldstone, so I have high hopes for the next one.
