Ordered a cake through Uber Eats for my daughters birthday, 2 hours later the uber driver called to say when he went to pick it up they didn’t have it
I then got a message it was cancelled due to driver error meanwhile I had 10 guests waiting for cake
Will NEVER go back just had a conversation with Ashley the manager and it was basically oh well it’s first come first serve and offered Nothing

My boyfriend and I came in on Tuesday November 4th at 7:30 to get a sweet treat and we found 4 hairs in his ice cream. The girl apologized and remade it but still they should be wearing hairnets to avoid accidents like this in the future.

Edit: The GM contacted me personally and made this right for our family. The time and sincerity in the apology was amazing and I appreciate the way this was handled. I have updated my review for these reasons.

For the price of this cake, it looks terrible. I understand writing on cake is not everyone’s forte, so just don’t offer it. It looks like my 2 year old wrote it. There are also thumb prints in the frosting along the base and some of the frosting missing. I can’t believe I paid for this cake 🤦‍♀️

Horrible experience with ordering online directly with store. Order was supposed to be ready 8:15pm. No one acknowledged me for the first 10 minutes while 4 other people were also waiting for their pick up orders. Person in charge finally came from stocking in the back to start working on orders, meanwhile people in line who came after me were getting helped by the two other workers and got their ice cream super quick. I ended up waiting 50 minutes total .
When my husband and I inquired why online orders were taking so long the person in charge got extremely defensive and said she was only 18, no apologies given. She then said my husband and I were being rude to her after asking why the other 2 workers didn't start helping to catch up the online orders. An extra bonus was only 1 of the 3 workers there were wearing gloves.

Attempted to order 2 speciality ice cream mixes, had to explain to the workers what went into the ice cream, even though these are pre-designed by the company of what goes into it. After correcting them multiple times of what goes into the ice cream, finally gave up and got a random mix of toppings into my ice cream. Not worth $21 for 2 medium ice creams.

I ordered a personalized ice cream cake for delivery, but unfortunately doordash brought the wrong order and could not seem to coordinate another delivery. Knowing i had no time to drive to grandville as i was party prepping, the general manager Ashley personally drove the cake to my home. She then gave me a full refund for the inconvenience, even when it wasn't their fault AND they went out of their way to get that cake to me ASAP! They have made a customer for life, and i will absolutely order from them again. Oh yea and the reeses ice cream cake was a HUGE hit, thank you for saving the party!!

Drove 30 minutes to come get ice cream for mother's day. Arrive to find your general manager has only scheduled a single employee on a national holiday. There is a line all the way to the door. Why is the GM not working to help this poor employee, and make sure customers don't have to wait 30 mins for ice cream? After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we realized that we missed this sign that states they will not accept any cash payments.....WHY? I had exact change to pay for our order and left our debit card at home. Cash is supposed to be king in the united states, yet we are being turned away and discriminated against because we don't have a debit card. So I wasted my gas and time for nothing when you should never turn away cash as payment.

Employees are polite. I was in a pinch for a cake and they had what I needed. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. The price seems a little high at first, but the product was worth it.

The man who helped us tonight was kinda rude to us and took forever completing orders. Looked like he knew what he was doing but just didn’t care enough or something, the other girls working completed 5 each in the time he completed 1 ice cream.
