Omg. I went there with my family and the lady with blonde hair and was chubby she was SO rude. Like it felt like she wanted to molest me. No joke. Please take this seriously sincerely disgusting

The woman with the blonde hair was quite passive aggressive toward me and my kids when we went to get our ice cream. She made no effort in the conversation I tried having with her and she just seemed like she wanted us to go away. No emotion or friendliness. And it wasn’t even busy.

Ice cream doesn't have much flavor. Pretty much any other ice cream place is better. Cookie dough was very crumbly and old tasting. I do NOT recommend DQ. They need an upgrade. Employees were great though.
Great customer service. It looked fairly clean from what I could see. The ice cream was absolutely amazing. Not a long wait in line and we were taken care of swiftly
