I come here all the time, but tonight was beyond disgusting. There was a full clump of hair buried in my fries and before anyone blames the customer, I have short hair and my wife’s a redhead. Whatever I pulled out of that bag didn’t come from us. Absolutely unacceptable.

Placed a third party delivery order, my driver arrived early and delivered before the estimated time so I am fairly certain he left upon receiving the order. My food was cold and the shake I ordered was mostly melted as if it sat for an extendwd period and it was missing most of the add ons that were requested.
