Never any complaints when I order takeout from them! :) reliable place, friendly staff and great food

I walked in and I am the only person at the restaurant. There was one online order that came in as I was ordering and two people that came in after I had placed my order. I watched my food sit on the counter for ten minutes before anyone tried to put it in the oven. (There were three people in the kitchen) As soon as it got put in the over, three employees came out from the back and started turning the pizza. Maybe everyone was on break at the same time or maybe it was a shift change. Not sure but it seems a little sketchy. I’ve been to the Grandville location many times during the busy times and have not had to wait as long as I did this in particular time. Overall this is a wonderful place to eat and I do recommend it to anyone who likes pizza.

We really like their pizza. But getting delivery from door dash has been a consistent disappointment. I don't know why I expect to get our side of ranch, salad dressing, or any salad toppings. They are kind enough to refund some amount. I recommend just picking up in person to make sure your order is complete.

Food is fine. But none of the tables inside and outside have been cleaned in some time. Every table has crumbs or drink or water on them. Other than that food was great. Descent reply, didn't try to argue anything, xtra star for that. We will eat there again.

I have had frozen pizza that tasted better. The crust looks and tastes like a preformed piece of cardboard. We will not be going back.

Tried it for the first time last Thursday. Ordered it with bacon and ham added. Got it, didn’t have either requested for or paid for item on it. Must not read their orders. All they did was refund me the $2 I paid for the toppings. Pizza never got fully ate. I tried one piece it and wasn’t as good, it only had 1 meat and not my taste, which is why I added extra meat. It went to the garbage. Thanks for the $2 refund though.

I came in here with my partner for the first time and got my order taken. 20 minutes after we got a pizza that was completely wrong. We ordered a half ham and pineapple pizza with sausage and pepperoni with the other half. We got a mixed pizza with all the toppings listed above. Then when we told them the order was wrong they gave us the second pizza with uncooked dough, and toppings were missing….. it almost seems like they got upset and did the second pizza with less toppings…. I’d like to contact the owner or someone that can fix this? Thanks. I have my receipt and proof…

Probably our favourite wood fires pizza place. Friendly staff, great choices of toppings and super tasty pizza for a good price.
