Herb & Fire Pizzeria - Grandville

It is an absolute sweet treat for don't make the same mistake. I did order two, or don't share. And don't let the puffy dog guys fool you. It's worth the wait.

Just ordered pizza to go from the Grandville location and it is so good! We ordered The margherita and CBG. The margherita is one of the best we have tasted and the CBG had a great blend of flavors with the Gouda cheese just Yum! Service was quick, easy and friendly. 5 Thumbs up for this restaurant.

The best pizza I’ve ever had. My son and I drive nearly an hour one way to eat here. It’s the best. All the veggies!!!

The pizza was kinda dry and tasted kinda old but that isn’t the reason why I gave it 1 star it was because there was multiple COCKROACHES I saw 2 in the bathroom and 1 on the floor near the entrance of the bathroom. Once I saw that I made my family leave fast as possible. As someone that had worked in the food industry for 17 years that is unacceptable.

I went to get pizza for my family on a regular day and when ordering I saw a cockroach on the wall. I mentioned it to the worker and I believe nothing has been done. This is gross.

Pizza here is banger.. Just need to eat it the same day bc the pizza isn't as good the next day

We ordered a salad to share, and when it was half eaten, we ordered a pizza, also to share. Both were ample sized offerings and tasted great!

You don’t come here for ambience. The decor is a bit of a step above a fast food joint, but no more.

My biggest complaint the way you are notified, or NOT notified when your order is ready!

Supposedly your name is called when your order is ready, but I’ve always had to watch the staff closely or go to the counter to inquire about my food order. Never have I heard my name called!

Bottom line, Herb & Fire Pizza has good tasting food and is relatively well priced, but you have to stand in line to order and watch the staff and listen closely if you like hot food!

Crowded joint that offers decent pizza with a fresh organic foods appeal.

This pizza is off the chain. This was so good! The GF crust is great dairy free cheese was awesome and the choices of toppings were amazing. I highly recommend this place to any one looking for a superb meal with great friendly service. Thank you Herb and Fire I traveled an extra 30 minutes to get your pizza for the second time!

Vegetarian options: More choices that any o the pizza place that I have visited.

The food was great as always. We had a gift card to use so we were going to order online. It wouldn't allow us to use a gift card for payment. So we called, like the website says to do. We even said we could give the gift card number and they could run it that way. We were told to pay with credit card and then go to the resaurant to redeem the gift card. This is what I did when I went to pick up the pizzas. After talking to 2 employees, including the manager, I was told the pizzas was already paid for and they couldn't accept the gift card. So why was I told to bring the gift card in and my credit card would be refunded when talking on the phone? This is the stuff that irritates me beyond belief. So can you even use a gift card when ordering online or over the phone? If so, maybe update a different way to do so because this way obviously didn't work for us. The employees could see I was obviously irritated and they didn't even try to solve the issue, just kept telling me my pizza was paid for (like I didn't know that already).

No sauce on the pizza. The cheese is old and dry. The crust is burnt, hard, and taste old. There's a difference between crispy crust and burnt dry tasting crust. The ingredients taste like they are dried up and old leftover pieces then tossed on top. It really is one of the worst pizzas, I don't know what everyone likes about it, literally tasted like bad frozen pizza from the grocery store.

My order was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes. I was running behind and got there an hour later, but my pizza had been sitting on the line for a while and no one made my cheese bread. The store was empty, but one other person waiting, but I had to wait longer. They didn’t give me all my sauces so I had to ask for more. They didn’t give me all my sauces correctly. The garlic butter when I checked my order had a melted plastic top from sitting under the heat lamp for so long. Where was a manager? Because all I saw were five kids playing around and talking to each other instead of making orders and serving guests. When they put my cheesy bread on the line, no one called out my order name. I had to walk back up there - tell them who I was for the third time and ask to get my food before it got any colder. We’ve been here multiple times, but this last time was the most disappointing from a local business.
