Hi My experience today was truly unacceptable. I was made to wait for 30 minutes, a ridiculous duration. When I entered the store and asked 'how long it will take,' I should have received a reasonable estimate, an approximate time like 20 or 30 minutes, not vague comments like 'shortly'. If the time was unacceptable, I would have left and cancelled. Drivers do not get hourly pay, and our time is wasted with these delays for a mere 5 dollar payout. The lack of communication and blatant disregard for drivers was truly disappointing.Please try to understand our situation thank you

Service was terrible. Food cold. Toast with not a spec of butter. Ask for butter, given jelly instead. The whole experience was terrible

We were not impressed with this restaurant! We waited for over 20 minutes to be seated and they weren't busy..
When we got seated, it took a bit to get waited on..
Then my daughter accidentally spilled her drink and the waitress handed us some cloths and said here you clean it up.. If she would have asked nicer no problem..
Then my mom and I wanted to split the bill and we each gave her our cards. She charged my card for both and two separate transactions.
Juat wouldn't recommend going here.

I was visiting Michigan to see some family a few weeks or so ago, and we decided to stop in for some food because we saw that there were good deals. Food was sub par, at best. Service was ok, but there seemed to be quite a lot of tension between the employees. We saw one server, named Jada (I made sure to ask who she was because I wanted to write this review eventually after getting settled in after my visit) accost another employee in front of us and other patrons. Seriously, so rude to this poor girl, she looked so embarrassed. It was extremely unprofessional and made the rest of our visit to this establisment really uncomfortable. Me, or any of my family that reside in Michigan, wont ever step foot in this location again.

Surprisingly good meal for a breakfast place for dinner. Staff was attentive and very pleasant. Both of us were satisfied.

First thing I noticed is the temperature. I had a jacket on and was still cold, so I'm guessing 55-60 degrees? Food was good, nothing special; service was average-good. But because it was so cold, we didn't find it comfortable to stay long.

Went on a Sunday early around 11 to order food to go. Once arrived & heading inside a man was in the doorway saying that the doors were locked, he had been calling no one answered but the sign said open as well as people were inside eating. We knocked on the window, called the phone while waiting outside they all looked at us turned around & continued doing what they were doing. No one came & told us if they were closed for 30 minutes or to wait or anything that was going on. Didn’t approach us, doors were locked. Sign said open, they were super rude. A man that was waiting said he contacted HR because it was just not acceptable!
