So impressed with this place! We literally walked out of Subway across the street where the employees look like they are on drugs and haven't showered this year to find Jersey Mike's. What a difference-night and day. Here they are friendly and helpful the staff are proud of their products and it shows in the shop, the ingredients, the cleanliness everything. Food was awesome, fresh and delicious. I hope Subway goes out of business.

Could definitely improve on cleanliness. Tables were not cleaned. Women's bathroom was out of order with no sign; talked to an associate who said the bathroom has been out of order for over a week and manager aware, but has not fixed it or called a plumber and again, no sign posted, so you walk into a lovely surprise. Drink station not clean, sticky pop/tea everywhere. Our sandwiches were good; bread is much better than Subway. Staff is very friendly. It's just the clean factor could be improved upon.

Order # 26 in a tub thinking it was a salad with same toppings as sandwich. Had chicken, bacon cheese plus ranch dressing. The lettuce was about 1/4 inch in the bottom of the tray.NOT A SALAD. Very disappointing and the same $ as a sandwich but didn’t get the bread. I’m feeling like I got ripped off.

Service was average. There were some napkins on the floor but other than that, the place seemed clean. As for the food, I did find a hair in my sandwich. Hairnets are essential because it's quite annoying to pay for food, start eating, and then discovering a hair.
