Can't remember spending $65 on 2 pizzas and a salad but I did. The manager was very nice when explaining that I had an expired coupon. Food was excellent. The location is tiny, several people were waiting for orders so it was hard to move around.

They have routinely screwed up our delivery orders. Bbq pizza has been just chicken and cheese. This past time on takeout the counter gal was very adamant i answer the question about a tip; and they only allow u to tip 10,20 or 30% on takeout. I asked if could custom? They said no. Just an fyi; the tipping is out of control after Covid and they’re taking advantage of customers. I still Left 10% but felt entire thing ludicrous

Why do you have a slices sign up when you don’t have them ready? I don’t want to wait 20 minutes. The sign implies that they are available.I ended up ordering a small pizza for $15! And of course, it’s wrong when I pick it up.This is what happens when you have high school kids running a business.

First I want to start off by saying the pizza tasted amazing! BUT we ordered a pizza half pepperoni half sausage because our kids only eat pepperoni and we like sausage. We drove from Jamestown (south side hudsonville) to get it. When we opened the box to eat it, it was all sausage. No pepperoni. Which is fine, things get messed up I get it. But how they handle the “mess up” says a lot about the store in my opinion. On the phone she said they would make a replacement. Nice, but I now have to drive 20+ minutes all the way back there. When I got there no apology, no offer for something free for my time (or gas money). I’m sorry but just not okay. We spend an hour just driving today to get pizza (in a blizzard mind you).

Jet's Pizza, always good. Never had a bad pizza from this location Even though they were busy, I still got my pizza in under 20 minutes and, I love their barbecue chicken pizza. And was able to save an additional 15% off by using their call in pizza bot.

Says open till 11pm Saturday. Text to order says closed at 9:37 when I tried to place order. Phone doesn’t say updated hours either, just puts you on hold like a normal order.EDIT TO REPLY OF OWNER:So again, I make my case, why was no one answering the phone from 9:30 to 9:37. We placed a text to order prior to our calls at 9:30 and it was a instant response of “we’re closed”. You just said you’re open till 10pm. That’s bad business. I’ll be taking my business to the owner John and manager Kaylee at 28th st. They are top notch.

It all comes down to who’s running the place. Each side of town has their own personalities so the service will vary. But they all have one thing in common: great food.
