i went to jimmy johns on Friday. and i ordered a Tuna sandwhich.. i came home got myself a pop, made myself comfy to get ready to enjoy my sandwhich only to find a small bug moving around in the wrapper.. i was immediately discusted and threw the sandwhich out but before tossing it, i took a picture. i will be calling corporate becuase ita scary to see small bugs in a wrapper.

Walked in and ordered a chicken Caesar wrap specifically asked for no cheese and no cucumbers. When I got it, it had cheese and no cucumbers. It’s frustrating when people don’t listen to simple instructions, and then act annoyed when you bring it back for them to fix it.

order a sub on wheat. what kind of sub place doesn’t have wheat sub bread? i just payed over 9 dollars for a stupid sandwich. got regular wheat from a loaf of bread. small soggy and disgusting. absolutely ridiculous.

Hostesses were terrible. All three on their phones not wanting to seat people. My husband couldn’t eat his chicken. Mixed with something not good. The waitress was wonderful!

My wife and I ordered sandwiches to go. When we got home we discovered the beach club my wife ordered had NO MEAT. Nowhere on the receipt did it mention no meat for her sandwich nor was it what she ordered. Literally a cheese and veggie sandwich. Pretty pissed, especially for the price paid.

They share a parking lot with an extremely busy Texas Roadhouse. They don't have any designated parking, so at dinner time, you literally can't approach the businesses. It has to be delivered, which adds $$
I hate to leave a review like this but I’m extremely disappointed in the way I was treated at this Jimmy Johns. I asked a few questions about my sub as I never have ordered here and the man making my sub scoffed and said “that’s the stupidest question ever.” Disappointing. Probably will never come to this location again. It cost $0 to be kind.

Bread is pretty pale not golden. If you like your bread a little chewy and soft this is a good location. There’s something up with my sandwich. It’s super soggy. Mayo coverage seems fine. Maybe it’s the lettuce?? The lettuce seems super wet or maybe a little frozen? I have no idea, but it was unpleasant. Service was nice and quick.

Called and was put on hold to update my address and find out if I was the area for them to deliver. Only to then have my food delivered elsewhere. Very frustrating
