Went there in the spring for lunch after my daughter's graduation. They had issues getting the order right and had to send back two dishes. I thought it was just a bad day so didn't right them off.
Went back this weekend for another try. I ordered a medium rare steak. The first one came out well done. I sent it back. The second one was barely warm. I gave up as the rest of the table was done eating and ready to go. I asked for it to be taken off my bill and left. We will not be going back to the Grandville location.

we usually have a great time at Logan’s but today was my daughters birthday and they called her Justice! Her name is Jessa and Jessas chocolate milk wasn’t stirred the alien papoose had a great time though!!!!!

Stop in around 7:15 PM. Tons of staff, not many tables seated but I guess cleaning table is too hard or too time consuming for them? We sat and watch tables around us get plates cleared but if it looked alright enough they just called it good even if there were food bits around. Our own table one side had mystery liquid, the bill from the previous table laying on the top of the booth, and on the other some dirty menus, and mystery food chunks. I did not know I was working for Logan as a busser and had to clean our table… even after we brought it up, they wiped 1 seat once and we had to go back over because there was still food on the seat and it was wet….
Other tables around us were also complaining to each other about the cleanliness and wait time for even water or refills. But I guess our waitress had time to talk to her family who were seated in her area next to us. We bailed at around 7:57 PM after all we got was: - 1 water - 2 rolls ( only 1 minute before we left.. ) To top it off, our waitress said she was sorry that she only had 2 rolls to bring out to us because they ran out. From the other better waitresses, we sat and saw them bring out countless baskets of rolls to their tables before our waitress even brought anything to the other 3 tables let alone us.
I would not be surprised if the steak I ordered, if it ever eventually would come, would be raw or severely under as per usual as 8/10 times in the last few months I did come here, it had to be re-fired. This location going downhill fast.

Taylyn was amazing! We went there for a birthday dinner and she had a great attitude. She was kind and sweet and very attentive! Food came out beautifully and tasted amazing! 10/10 service and food!

Always love Logan’s! We don’t have a Logan’s near us anymore. Just wish the waitress would have told us about the dinner specials they had. We didn’t realize they had this plate deal until after we got our food.
We ordered curbside and did everything and we were waiting for a little over 10 minutes after we got confirmation it’d be coming out. Nobody brought it out. We had to go get it. Don’t order curbside no point other than making your food cold.

Stopped in today Friday at 3PM, No beer battered Fish! And know one knew about it... apparently they ran out yesterday and are having troubles with food ordering through corporate 😐 3 people ordered it prior to us and they left because of it, we were not told until well after we placed the order. GM was too busy to come chat so we just paid for what we eat, didn't even get to eat my steak but we left our server a good tip she was great and honest about the break down. May be another 3 years before we come back.

Just had an ice cold Caesar Salad and a Porterhouse as big as my head. Cooked perfectly medium-rare and accompanied by one of Idaho's finest smashed potatoes covered in brown gravy, it hit the spot for sure.
Tara, the bartender, made me a Bloody Mary loaded down with aisle 5 from the grocery store. The lady knew more about booze than John Daniels or James Beam combined. She did a great job with my buzz and my service, and the cook seemed up to the task, as well.
This was my first experience at Logan's, and I was pleased. Lots of TVs, decent music, great bartender and folks to talk with. I'll return for sure. Thank you Logan's Roadhouse on Alpine.
