Waited in line. Took forever to get food. Messed up order. When asked for sauces were told we had to go back thru lane to pay for them. Waited 25 minutes at a speaker and watched 3 other cars drive off without ordering. Plenty of workers in there standing around laughing and joking, while we watched them thru window. Ended up leaving with an upset kiddo with no sauces.
Went through the drive thru today to pick up lunch after work. Not peek time, I came at 2:30, and I asked for a kids happy meal toy with my adult meal. I was all excited since it’s the Disney toys advertised on the screen on their doors. I got home and it was a stuffed bunny wearing overalls, with a McDonald’s tag on the animal. Gave it to the cats, but was disappointed I paid extra for a toy that I didn’t want.
You need to brew a better iced coffee. I order iced coffees from other mcdonalds and they're great. Came to this one today. The line was long, but I ordered my black iced coffee anyways. It was literally so watered down it barely even has any coffee taste to it.
