Went thru DT. Got my order messed up & someone else's order. When I tried to make it right, no one would talk to me.

Ordered ahead of time in the app by about 15 minutes. Still had to wait 10 minutes for food after arriving. The lemonade was not drinkable. Tried to get the drink replaced and another drink from my family refilled. Got completely ignored by the staff. Would recommend going to chipotle, potbelly, or 5 guys next door next time.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe got someone else's special order instead, Vernor's had no flavor, and fries undercooked. This used to be a decent place.
Went back to give them another go. The quarter pounder bun was wet with grease from the burger, and they forgot the nuggets I ordered. Doesn't seem to be getting better here...

The worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. The “manager” swore and flicked me off because I came back to ask for the nuggets that we never received. The absolute trashiest McDonalds I’ve ever been to.

McDonald's has certainly become a remarkable Establishment over the time I have been on this fine planet. Staff was wonderful, smiling and tended to my every need while being there. Highly recommend the Chicken ranch snack wraps!! Also you can never go wrong with a Big Mac!!

Google says this location was participating in the free veteran breakfast. Domingo there and they say they don’t know how to do it. Also posted on there Facebook page to come get a free breakfast.

Ordered a happy meal and they forgot about the order 20 minutes later and watching others get their food after my order. I had to go up to the counter and ask about it.

Literally no one at the front, everyone was waiting for service while we could actively see / hear the employees filming tiktoks. The establishment was not clean at all, only 2 tables had non-sticky surfaces. Crappy music. They also weren't wearing uniforms, name tags, or gloves when making the food.

Wow. I can't imagine a better representation of the demise of fast food than this store. Employees clearly not trained, not engaged, they are defeated before they even talk to you. Most orders were wrong. Management has stopped drinking refills. If you want to tank your business, stop by and observe. Disappointing all round.

The wait time is terrible! I waited 30 minutes for my food, some lady waited 22 minutes for one burger, and another man waited almost 30 minutes for two damn coffees. I understand being busy, but that’s crazy.
The two teenagers handling up front did their best, but whoever management was needed to organize their workers better to ensure that the lobby area is handled just as well as the drive thru.
I’ve worked in fast food for years and I can guarantee to you that this is not the way to properly run a restaurant.
