Went through the drive through. They were very rude. When I paid in cash they called it stripper money. Cashiers were swearing about how much customers annoy them. And then the people giving us our food were nice but gave us the wrong thing and didn’t speak English. Ordered shamrock flurries with whipped cream and got two ice cream cups with barely any Oreo sprinkled on top. No shamrock and no whip.

Just don’t go in the evening! There is a blonde girl that works the window. She is not friendly at all, never smiles or even greets you. Also for the love of everything holy, just shake the damn whip cream! No one wants soup on top of their coffee or shakes.

Expensive, and the McGriddle left my teeth feeling sticky—like Coke from a bottle. Just weird. For only a little more, I could sit down and enjoy a steak instead.

The dining room was gross and staff ignored us at the counter. I know McDonald’s is phasing out self-service beverages and individual restaurants have the option of denying free refills. This location is one without free refills. An interesting move when the chain is trying to win back value customers after raising prices.

As I was driving to the next window I seen the employee recording my vehicle. IDK why, nothing happened and I went through the drive through. Very uncomfortable and not appreciated.

Called several times until I was able to reach someone… and when I did I got an attitude! Explained what I found and they tried to belittle me… no need to explain why your dirty establishment failed to wash/prep/clean your lettuce. “We will look through our salad for anymore bugs”. That statement was enough for me, never returning to this dirty ass Mcd.

Waited inside for an hour. We ordered a drink and a Big Mac meal. We then went up to the counter and they had to ask us to repeat our order 3 times.

Meanwhile there are 10 other people with the same issue. Definitely needs management change.

Refused to take my money.

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I orderd a Big Mac meal, which came to $10.87. I drove up to the window, gave them 90 cents and $100 bill and they tried to tell me they had no change…… at a McDonald’s. If they where honest and said “we don’t take 100’s I would understand, but to tell me they have no change, in a store that takes in hundreds of dollars of cash every hour, and thousands of dollars a day is a straight up lie. I decided to stand my ground and tell them, I’m sure you have change in the safe, or the registers up front. Nope, didn’t budge. Finally she said “what do you want me to do?” “Give you your change in 1’s?” I said “sure” but she quickly backed out stating she can’t do that because she will have no change for other customers.

Again, I wouldn’t mind if they had a no $100 policy, it’s just the blatant lying I can’t stand.

Anyways I left, Drove down to McDonald’s on 44th and Clyde park got the same meal for $1 less, with good customer service.

This is the only McDonald’s I’ve had consistently bad experiences at. Not joking, every single time I come here it’s incredibly slow and employees are rude. Drive the extra 3 minutes up the road to the one on Clyde park and 44th. Best one I’ve been to.

It does not matter which Mac you go to, there burgers look like they step on them bf they sell it to you. Also, I was the 2nd last on line and they gave the last fries to the last person waiting after me, when I said I was ahead of them and they serve the last person before me they said "oh we don't have anymore fries, we are making more, not being a Karen, I asked why if I was before them, all they said we have no more fries you have to wait. Still no reason, and me being minority and being the only none white person and they just skip me like that made me feel that I was discriminated while the last on line "white" laughed at me because they got served before me. Last time I spent my money there...hope they got karma. God takes care of anyone who does wrong to me. Being proved and rhey know.
