I order mac n cheese from here frequently and love it! However, the last few orders have had pieces of food from prior customers orders in it such as onions, mushrooms, peppers, other style noodles etc that were not supposed to be part of this order. I'm guessing they don't clean the pots/pans between orders. I've given it multiple tries but it's been a consistent disappointment lately. I will try again in a few months in hopes things get better.

Noodles is reliably mid grade food! Satisfies the pasta cravings, but will not be the best in town. I ordered their pad Thai yesterday and my son had the spaghetti. Neither were memorable. For good Thai, go see Rak Thai. And for good spaghetti, go to Monelli’s.

When i ordered, the cashier taking my order asked if we were getting it to go. I told her no, we are eating here. She said o was in a to go parking spot, and she would allow it this time. I told her there was no sign up stating that. There is a sign in the ground upside down, so no one could read. We were the only customers in the building. Not good customer service there. Well, at least with her. The food was not the greatest. My husband only received 10 noodles for his dish he ordered. The Mac n cheese had hard maccaroni, and it was like warm.

I have driven by Noodles & Co forever, but never tried it. After leaving work last month, my friend asked me to meet him there for dinner. I was hesitant but thought I’d give it a try. I was under the impression everything was heated up frozen food, and boy was I wrong!!!! I was blown away with EVERYTHING fresh and chopped that morning. I ordered the shrimp scampi bowl and it was mind blowing delicious!! I was immediately hooked. I ended up going two days later and got the broccoli, bacon, chicken Alfredo. Holy smokes, that is absolutely outstanding. I ended going back repeatedly since then. How have I missed out all these years. They have some bomb employees there too, which was another reason I decided to go back again. The food obviously is a huge part, but their staff was equally outstanding. Tricia their manager is amazing!!! Also their other server Adrianne is soooo kind and knowledgeable about the menu. And it’s super clean, and clean bathrooms. This place overall gets an A+

First time eating at this location and found a giant bug in my chicken parm, after looking at other reviews I guess this is a common problem. They couldn’t refund over the phone after leaving us on hold trying to figure it out so now having to go out of our way to get it refunded in store, after they’re only refunding for one meal and not the two I purchased. The manager was nice about it and I understand it’s not her fault but for a restaurant cleanliness should be a top priority

I spent $16+ on a lunch entree & drink here today. I ordered the regular-sized Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni with no mushrooms & tofu added (along with a pop/soda) to-go. I didn't check it before I left, unfortunately, & realized upon returning to work that it had mushrooms in it & was missing the tofu. The pasta itself was also very salty *this is coming from someone who loves salt).
I know mistakes happen, but this seemed to be a relatively simple thing to not miss. I'm more annoyed about spending that amount of money on a lunch that was both missing something that was supposed to be added & had something added that was supposed to be missing! I've reached out to the company directly & will update my review depending on how that is handled.
