We've been wanting to try this place for a while. Wish we hadn't!!! This place was horrible all the way around. Went with 5 different people, which meant 5 different dishes. Not one of us enjoyed our food, we threw most of it away in the trash. Buttered Noodles were rubbery, mac and cheese was macaroni with raw cheese sprinkled on top. Asian Noodles, and their LEANguini flora noodles were literally congealed into balls of starch rubber tasting pasta. Chicken Noodle soup was disgusting, with the chicken in it being breaded and tough with hardly any noodles in it. The girl who took our order at the front acted like she didn't want to be there. Way to costly for rubbery pasta, and rubbery chicken. Everyone in our group didn't like their dinner. How this place has almost 5 ? is beyond me . Don't waste your money in here. We will not be back.

I see that the restaurant is reading these reviews, which I love, so I'm going to register my one and only complaint here without dinging the stars because I really do love this place..... But please fix the rice krispie treats!!!! They used to be so good, so perfectly textured, and perfectly moist (that's not the word I'm looking for but you catch my drift.) The last two times I've gone, which were both within the last 6 months, the rice krispie treats are dry and sad and not good. Like, not even a little good. The marshmallow to krispie ratio is way off, or they're old and dry or something. The rest of the food (main entrees) are still always perfection. I love this place. But please, I'm begging you, fix the rice krispie treats!!!!

I picked up my food from noodles after placing a to-go order, when i got home i was missing a few minor items (extra sauces, missing one piece of cheese bread, very small things so not a big deal) i called to let them know not expecting much, but Zachary was very helpful and saw we ordered just a couple things, and refunded the whole order, which i was not expecting at all! He let me know they don’t always know how to get better if people aren’t letting them know. He was very kind over the phone and didn’t want my experience to be bad.Definitely on me for not checking the order before leaving, but very kind of him to refund an entire order for minor things just so we will continue to come back (which we will!) this was the kindest interaction i’ve had about missing items for an order.reminder: being kind, patient and willing to understand mistakes happen will make life a lot better for many people.

Only this location gets a 1-star. Ordered two meals. They ran out of rice noodles after the first order so our 2nd order had to be changed. I'm gluten free so then the young kid working told me I could choose zucchini noodles or udon noodles. Personal preference was udon, so I said that's fine. Then got to thinking... I've been GF for 15 years and never eaten udon noodles. So I asked if they were gluten free? Yes. Yes, they are gluten free. Ok. A few more minutes went by and my mind was turning...I don't think udon is GF. So now I asked to see the packaging. The kid went back into the managers office a little put off. They both came out and one showed me the nee pack of noodles. No ingredients. Just a clear package. Hmm. I wasn't satisfied. I said I needed to see the ingredients list. They rambled around a little bit and then the original kid came back to the front counter and said there had been a communication problem, udon was NOT gluten free. Omg I thought so! (My phone was way out in the car so I didn't have it on me to Google check.) Can you IMAGINE if I had eaten these damn udon noodles??? People think GF is a choice. NO it's not. It's a medical must-have. So, one-star because it's 2023 and your staff CLEARLY isn't trained in food allergens. Making up answers isn't a best practice. Now you know. So improve it going forward and let's hope you haven't actually hurt anyone up to now.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Amazing food. Very tasty. My biggest complaint is that the portions have shrunk while the prices have gone up. The wait was a big long, especially for being a bit empty.
This is the 3rd time in a row I'm served noodles with little to no sauce. I ordered the thiapad and the chicken montamore. It was disgusting and had no sauce. There was no spinach in the montamore. Unfortunately, I didn't check my order before I got home. Would have returned it if I was closer. Will never order here

I used to manage this place and it has just gone downhill regarding quality. We never ever have an order that is right. Portions are so small. Prices keep rising. I pay $1.25 for any extras and get so little of that extra. Side salads are usually only half good, half the lettuce is wilted/wet/pink/brown. This time I didn't get dressing for the salad and it looked more than half edible this time. No sauce for our cheese bread. It's quite frustrating because this is one of the few places we trust because we are vegetarian. We never get a "5 star service"Don't get me wrong the people there are wonderful and sweet but just take more time to make sure the order is correct and everything is there. I drove 30 minutes for lunch today and it's so disappointing I have to remember to check my entire bag before I leave now, that's not my job.

They need to fix their online ordering system and they also need to hire a new manager. Ordered online, however the “special instructions” never make it to the restaurant. It’s happened before and I noticed once I sent in the order that the special instructions were not listed. I tried to call the store. No answer.My daughter went to pick up the order quickly so she could catch them hopefully and let them know that the instructions don’t transfer from the online form to the order. She needed a different pasta in her soup because of egg allergy.The manager was extremely rude rolling his eyes. Said they already made it and didn’t have any more soup. He said he’d give her a refund, she told him she’d need to order something else because she needed lunch. He then proceeded to ignore her and issue a refund, even after being told a second time she needed something for lunch. He could’ve kindly offered her a different dish. She left with no lunch and a lot of frustration when it was not her fault that the online ordering system is faulty.So rude and makes me definitely want to take my business elsewhere.

I was disgusted & had to stop eating when I sat and watch the kitchen person Pattie going off on the young lady taking orders, about taking orders ? at that same time more customers were walking in!!! Lol ? Watching ? Pattie going in on her coworker! Some people asked for the Managers info. Pattie was so nasty about it, complaining her grill is only so big!!! I asked the other server what was her problem?! They are use to the verbal abuse!!! I won't be back to this location, but the food is always A1. At most locations. Zucchini noodles, and Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with extra chicken parm I recommend ?
