I like the souffles and chocolate croissant. I don't like it when the line takes a long time but that's cuz I'm worried about 10000 million things at once. Cheers
I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and asked for a pickle which is supposed to come with the sandwich. They assured me that the pickle came with the sandwich but when I got home there was no pickle. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if it wasn’t for the fact that I specifically asked for one.
Panera always takes a little bit to get their food out of the kitchen but for a busy mall it's understandable, great quality food.
I love Panera Bread, happy that they are open but hate that in the mall have to go out the the vehicle to eat. ☹️ But at least they can stay open!
Edible only, the orange chicken didn't taste like anything orange. It is orange in color only!

Really bad costumer service, they also love to used a lot of plastic stuff, for everything they don't care about the nature and they are rude about it, i try to get my refil drink in my own thermo, they say just no, i am so sad because they preference give me back the money that try to be polite, never come back
