I pick up UberEats orders from this location often. The staff is always very friendly, but they never put the orders in the rapid pickup like the pickup instructions say, and I always have to wait 5-10 minutes for an associate to come out and verify the order before I can take it. It's a very cramped space for me to stand and wait in, and I'm always in the way as in house orders come up much faster. Fix these issues and y'all would deserve 5 stars!

Spoiled avocado.

Came here on two different occasions. The first time, I ordered a salad and it came with rancid avocado. It looked visibly spoiled, so I didn’t understand how it slipped under the staff’s radar. I was displeased, but I assumed it was an honest mistake and let it slide.

I decided to give the location a second chance a few weeks later, and to my complete disappointment, it happened again. And as if that wasn't enough, the bread I received was stale and cold, too. Very unfortunate considering how pricey the portions are. I don’t think I’ll be giving this place any more chances.

Ordered cream cheese and bagel didn’t get the cream cheese. They gave me a gift card? I don’t want a gift card, I either want my bagel or my reimbursement. Left feedback and will have to wait up to 30 days for a reimbursement. Terrible customer service

Went to drive-thru the other day and was not happy with the young lady Megan service. She continued to talk over me and not answer any of my questions. Her personality was dull and unpleasant. She seemed to care after I asked her name and said, if she could help me further and stated I asked her name so I’m going to complain on her. I just smiled. I spent way too much money at Panera Bread for one. Two I’m a happy, polite person and I expect courtesy in return even on a bad day, especially in customer service.

Very pricey for simply a half a sandwich and a half a salad

My fiancé and I stopped in and ordered to go at the kiosk. His food was correct mine was not, twice. I ordered a tomato basil blt and added avocado. I checked our order before leaving to find they put a tuna sandwich in our bag instead of mine. I went up to the counter and they apologized, remade my sandwich (to which I reminded them that I added avocado) and apologized again when handing it to me. Just got home to find that my sandwich not only is missing avocado but has the wrong sauce on it too. Incredibly disappointed to say the least.

This is a nice Panera, large with plenty of seating.
I think I may have arrived between shift changes as everywhere needed attention.
Napkins out, tables dirty, bathroom in need of a freshen up.
Only had tea on this visit.
