I am giving them a 4 star for great food and service! The manager was very kind and took money off our order do to them not having avocados (we had the chipotle chicken avocado melt...it was delicious even with out the avocado) the service was great! Buttttt...it's not the cleanest restaurant I have seen. But this Panera is totally worth the messy floor to have great food and service!!
