I ordered through the app and ordered incorrectly (delivery time defaulted to ASAP instead of the time I originally indicated.) I called to cancel my order, and the manager who was new, was super helpful even though she wasn’t quite sure how to cancel the order. She persisted and helped me out! I’m thankful for the EXCELLENT service.

Staff needs to learn critical thinking. They refuse to do basic math. Til was short on $1 bills. I offered to give them the correct amount of $1 bills to get my change up to the next denomination and was told they can't do that because it will mess up their til. I guess basic math is an old concept.

I have been in numerous times and they will have a massive line but refuse to take orders from people in line to fill online orders. I sat one time with my meal prepared just waiting to be cashed out but instead of ringing up my order the cashier spent 15 minutes to bag up an online order. Horrible customer service.

Absolute worst Qdoba in the state of Michigan. By far. And obviously the owner does not care about this location at all. The franchise should rip this location right from them

Food was cold mediocre at best.
Chips soaked in grease.
The manager Libby I believe (long dark hair) was rude to the employee attempting to cash me out and would not help him. Instead talking down to him in front of customers. To the point I'm standing there for several minutes unable to pay. Then proceeds to make herself a burrito and take a bite of it on the line. Again in front of people.

God forbid y'all figure out how to make online orders work. Stood inside for over 30 minutes waiting for an online order put in 20 before we arrived. Then they made it wrong and forgot items. Then they had to remake everything taking since half of it was cold. another 20 while prioritizing every walk in over an order waiting for almost an hour. 1 burrito, 1 quesadilla. Almost an hour standing. Great work.

Most employees, not all seem like they don't like their job and act inconvenienced to have to wait on you. Makes me think twice about eating here.

More expensive, less quantity, and quality. They put one scoop of protein regularly and if you want extra protein ($4) they give you 4oz extra. $1 per oz of chicken is wild.
