I ordered through the app and ordered incorrectly (delivery time defaulted to ASAP instead of the time I originally indicated.) I called to cancel my order, and the manager who was new, was super helpful even though she wasn’t quite sure how to cancel the order. She persisted and helped me out! I’m thankful for the EXCELLENT service.

I usually enjoy Qdoba, but this visit was disappointing. The chicken was so over-charred it had a burnt, bitter taste—almost like chemicals or smoke gone wrong. Definitely not edible. On top of that, the Sprite from the fountain tasted like barely flavored water—completely flat and watered down. Really frustrating when you’re paying for a meal and drink combo and neither is remotely enjoyable. Hoping this was just a one-off, but it definitely ruined the experience.

Qdoba Grandville is my absolute favorite chain restaurant. The portion size for the burrito is huge, their habanero hot sauce is the best, And I wish some local restaurant could completely steal this idea so that we would have a local version instead of a change version. Until that happens, though, I’ll keep going for that monster burrito.
