I usually go to the Arrows, was Rainbow, for their pig in the blankets. I stopped today at the Rainbow Grill in Grandville because on-line menu showed they had pig in the blankets. Glad I did, I found them better than Arrows Restaurant. This will be my new breakfast spot. Check it out, don't miss out.

Great location. I love small neighborhood restaurants. Hopefully, this day was off. My server walked past us multiple times before speaking or taking our order. I asked for water and coffee. Similar to the lack of greeting, the coffee and water took just as long. She didn't offer creamer. Now, if this behavior was similar to my table neighbors, it wouldn't have been as big of an issue. However, without hesitation, the next couple of parties were greeted within a couple of minutes, OFFERED creamer, and was visited multiple times. The good news is that others appeared to have a good experience.

happy I made the choice to put my self respect first, and QUIT. I was constantly being mistreated and walked over at this job. I’ve worked here since I was 16 & enjoyed working with a few employees, I was friends with most of the locals and worked very hard when it came to helping out my coworkers. We recently had the best manger leave, and ever since we’ve got a new one she’s been horrible, she constantly walks over her employees, didn’t even acknowledge me when it was her first day on the job. The only time she’s ever talked to me was to ask about the .75 cents that I supposedly stole? Saying that I would be written up. I have been loyal to this job, and enjoyed working here. She’s a horrible manger she should not be working in a restaurant with the attitude that she has, and how she talks to people especially towards the costumers we get. She only cares about business, not about the people. That’s why our best cooks and servers have been constantly leaving, who would want to deal with a idiot like that? This place does not deserve a two weeks notice, she should be fired. Sad the way RBG will go downhill with her in charge.

Im honestly so disappointed. Ever since the old manager Andrea left, this place’s reputation has plummeted. The new manager Lenore is so rude and she’s passive aggressive. My husband and I love the vegetable skillet, we get it every Sunday and have for ages. When I came in last Sunday, I ordered the skillet without tomatoes and when she asked if everything was to our satisfaction; I said it was allergic to tomatoes and and apologized, asking if I could get a new dish without the tomatoes. She leered at me and said then I could just pick them out. I have an anaphylactic reaction to tomatoes and when I explained this to her, she stuck her finger in my food and picked it out. I have never been so disrespected, it was disgusting, rude and unprofessional all at the same time.

We stopped in for breakfast and had a great experience. Jenn, our server, provided excellent service and went above and beyond for a special request “Mac n Cheese n Egg Breakfast Burrito” that made our daughter’s day. Complements to the cooks, all of our food was delicious, the Irish Benedict, Biscuits and Sausage Gravy and the Burrito were perfect. We’ll be back here again and will spread the word.

2022 Review: My husband and I ADORE Jamie the server and the food is quick, fresh, hot and tasty. Thank you for such great service and food!
2024 Review: Not sure what happened here. It took 25 minutes to get our food. It wasn't busy when we walked in but slammed by the time we got our food. Not enough servers. We were served cold food. My broken yolk was "plastic" because it had been sitting so long. Server asked if I wanted them to remake the food but I was STARVING as I got up at 3AM and it was already 9:30. She said she could microwave it. Errr, can't microwave overeasy eggs. I ate it barely lukewarm. She did take my food off the bill, although my husband's food was cold too. We won't return and we did love this place. The last time we went several months ago was "meh" and we wanted to give it another try. Much easier and less frustrating to cook at home.

I used to like this restaurant. Once they're on a Sunday morning at 7:30, signpost says open. Sign outdoor says they open at 6 o'clock on Sunday and I call him at 7:30 and they say they open at 8 and they apologize for the inconvenience. Well, I'm out-of-state. And I know that restaurant used to be a good one. Now they want to change everything, I mean their electronic sign says open in the front window means that they're open and a sign on the door says they opened from 6 to 2 on Sunday, but Ms. Ashley, when I called said that they opened at 8 o'clock and she apologized for the inconvenience. Like I said, it used to be a good place to go to eat, but with the agencity of when they're open, it's bologna
