This was the most disappointing meal we have ever had at a red lobster. Understanding the fact that they were understaffed, and a Saturday around 5-6pm sets up for a crazy night. Our overall experience sucked. Took us about 20-25 minutes to get 2 baskets of bread (for 4 adults and 3 kids). All of our food was way overcooked or not even consumable. Steak was so rubbery, you’d choke on it. Fish was mostly bones. Not to mention we ordered an appetizer that was never brought to us. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location when it’s a prime night to eat out. Go here on a Tuesday at like 3pm.

Service was good but the food was a giant disappointment. Ordered the Surf&Turf(Steak and Lobster Tail) and the lobster tail was tougher than the steak and not fresh at all. I'll most likely never come back but I can say that it is strictly due to the quality of food being poor but the service we received was very good.

Food was great! Service not so great. Apparently our waitress Anna was on break because when we needed service she was sitting in the bar area in a booth. The final straw was when my husband had to get up and interrupt 6 employees at the bar to receive a refill. Which to my surprise she actually brought it to our table. We didn't ask for a Manager because they didn't care they were talking to the help. The weekend before we had an Amazing waitress but couldn't remember her name. Sad part Anna only had 1 table and it was us.

As it goes, it's Red lobster and the food is always good our service seemed to be a little slow even though the restaurant wasn't even half full at the time we were having dinner

We haven’t been to a Red Lobster in about ten years. Unfortunately it was disappointing. The only reason it’s not a lower rating is because our server, Taylor, was awesome. It was NYE and we did not have a reservation. Neither their website or phone system mentioned reservations and it was early at 5pm. However the older lady at the front desk made sure we were aware of how amazingly put out she was that we showed up at a Red Lobster at 5pm with no reservation. We apologized and were slowly backing out when the other hosted said we could be seated within 30 minutes. It was 10 minutes. We sat at the bar where the service was great while we waited. The food was sad. Crab legs so over steamed the meat was soaking wet and so tasteless.. Dry biscuits. Other than the flounder everything was super bland. We are still laughing at the look of outrage the hostess gave us. We were suitably chastised. No worries. We won’t be back next year.

The way the location in grandville is going, there gonna be closed soon, the food, was horrible, service was ok, overprized for the amount and quality of the food, definetely not coming back ever.

We recently had a delightful dining experience at Red Lobster and were thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch.

We started with the bacon mac & cheese, which was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The bacon added a wonderful smoky element that perfectly complemented the cheesy goodness. For our main course, we opted for the bacon cheeseburger, and it was every bit as satisfying as we hoped. The juicy patty was cooked to perfection, and the bacon and cheese added a delicious layer of flavor.

To accompany our meal, we enjoyed a basket of warm biscuits and refreshing lemon water. The biscuits were flaky and buttery, and the lemon water was a light and refreshing beverage.

But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the friendly and attentive service from our server. They were incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring that we had everything we needed.

Overall, our visit to Red Lobster was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal.

The food was really good, especially the dragon shrimp. But the garlic shrimp scampi was lacking, It was greasy and very chewy.

server was awesome. food was not the best… gave me the worst stomach ache ever afterwards. & they gave me the wrong drink (which I was pretty upset about), but they were maybe an hour or so away from closing… so I gave them the benefit of the doubt… maybe try them during the day.. Biscuits were good though. ?‍♀️

It was my first time trying Red Lobster, and oh god the food was so good. Mushroom is the must have! However we did feel little rushed when we were eating there. The waitress gave us the bill when we are only about halfway done through our meal…
