Walked into the restaurant at just past 9:00 pm, which I admit is last minute, but how the staff handled the food made it clear that we were not very welcome at the end of the day. I could immediately tell that the place was nearly empty and I got excited that there would probably be better and faster service than usual. As a party of two, we each ordered burgers with a side of steak fries and oreo milkshakes. We first got the milkshakes pretty quickly. The shakes didn't have any oreo pieces on them, and it wasn't very clear if there was any inside of them. The extra ice cream you're usually given was completely melted for us. I guess they perfectly prepared it to be in the milkshakes. We soon got our burgers and fries. Our fries had a sprinkle of salt on one side of them and we had to ask for the salsa for our burgers because they forgot it. For all three of each of our items, they appeared to have sat out for a while before we got them and they still weren't made properly. Needless to say, we'll go nextdoor next time we want quality food.

Side note: after reading some of the previous reviews, I have to say that out server's name was jack, and we were not asked about how we wanted our burgers, which were overdone. Has it been over 3 months of his improper service? Or is it multiple of the crew failing to serve? Clearly nobody is being managed properly so far, and they haven't changed a bit.

Food was good and our server, Sydney, did an amazing dob with such a large group. They were so patient and understanding and really made the experience.

Sidney went above and beyond! She thought of the little things that constantly had me like “wow that was super helpful” (with a small child). Last night was so busy but she was very much on top of it.

Did a to go order and the to go parking spots were filled with customers dining in who were to lazy to walk. Food was great but no ketchup in the bag for the fries.

This is the most disappointing visit I've ever had. At almost every step of the service it was bad.

We ordered some fried pickles. Don't do it. You get very little in your basket. Terrible deal. They've cut back on his much they give but charge just as much.

Server was super disinterested in, you know, serving us. It took a nice gentleman whom actually delivered our food to get our only drink refill for the entire duration of our visit.

My burger was overcooked. They don't ask how I wanted it, and when I got it. It was dry, and lacked any of the sauce it was supposed to have.

Needless to say, will not be returning.

Pretty good burger, food came fast, refills are free. Includes fries. Service moved quickly and we were in and out in about 30 minutes I liked that.

I was served by Becca on 11/16/25. She is an exceptional young lady, very friendly and hard working. Becca is also calm and cool under pressure and always has a ready smile. I will be asking for her in the future. Steve Helsel

Very good food and service was top notch. I couldn't decide on which beer I wanted so they brought me samples to taste before I bought one. Highly recommend

Great food, great service, my kids absolutely love it. I like the sides are bottomless & you can switch up what side you get with each refill.
