Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Service was good.
Fries were cold for all 3 dinners. My diet soda was incredibly sweet I couldn't drink it, returned it and it wasn't taken off the bill. The crispy bacon I ordered for my cheese burger was limp and a step above raw lol... however, the burger tasted good, and they brought me olives from the bar as I wanted an olive burger but they don't sell them.
My husband had the turkey bacon Cresent, with 2 thin slices of turkey but loads of lettuce... tasted ok, but definitely left him wanting more turkey.
3 times a charm and we won't be back.

If you are offering a good food , everything Must be perfect, specially it the food taste really good.

I am so sorry to say this but the place it is a mess . I took dinner for 40 min . When I arrived the tables were dirty and after 40 min the tables still the same, the counter bar was very discounting .were paper toilet or napkins in under the tables.

How if it is possible to be a restaurant.

Lack of ownership and pride on who and what you do here - bad taste in your eyes

Bar area is a pigsty
Tables not clean
Floor disgusting
Just a bad experience overall - “and you call this a Gourmet place” (please)

The prices are average.

Favorite place to go for the unlimited fries.

Parking: Love the veggie burgers there and free dinner desserts. Our family goes there for birthday celebrations very often. One of my favorites in town.

We visited the Grandville, MI Red Robin restaurant on 3/6/2025. The food was good, service was excellent. I am disappointed with one thing. It may seem unimportant, but prevented me from ordering my first choice. I wanted to order the Sauteed 'shroom burger, but when I asked our server for a side of steak sauce to put on my burger, she informed me that they didn't have any. I have had this burger numerous times, and always with steak sauce. It may sound picky, but this is a deal breaker for me. I ordered the Chili Chili Cheeseburger instead. How difficult is it to have a bottle of steak sauce on hand?

Said a 20 minute wait and it has been over 1 hour, they said a bunch of online orders came in so they would rather do those first. Never had a poor experience here until today, it forced me to go to Applebee's.

Only complaint for this evening is related to the five hosts standing around front with an entry FULL of people, telling everyone 30-40 minutes to wait when there were empty tables and tables to be bussed. Plenty of room, but obviously a resource issue. Either the kitchen was slow and they were managing traffic, or there weren't enough people to handle the tables. I suspect the latter. Sounds like a management issue, or just a bad night when people called in sick.

The waitress was great, no help from management till lunch rush was done, even saw a hostess help the bus boy, cuz he was behind, managers didn't show till it slowed, sorry, one of the managers passed 3 table's that needed to be done, didn't look twice

The bar stools need serious attention, all of them are wobbly and have zero cushion. A lawsuit waiting to happen Replace the barstools please for the love of god !!!!!!!

I was told 30-40 minutes. I waited an hour and was told it would be 15 minutes more. I talked with the manager and he blew me off. I don’t recommend this to anyone.

Order placed online. 45 minutes after given time it was ready. Food was very cold, fries were soggy. I do not recommend ordering online for pickup.

I did "call ahead seating and the wait was still twice as long as we were told.
Our wait staff was great. Food average.
