I've rated this location a 3 although I haven't had the pleasure of eating here because of their poor service. After a long day at work I ordered dinner to go. I ordered at 9:00pm and was told my order would be ready by 9:20pm. When I arrived at 9:25pm a customer informed me that they were closed. I definitely didn't understand how their online ordering system allowed me to place an order of they're already closed.The first young man was polite, and asked if I in fact ordered from the Red Robin website and not a third party. I confirmed and told him that I could present my receipt. He apologized for the inconvenience and went to handle the issue. When he is came back he told me that I would still be able to get my order and it will just be a few me minutes. Shortly after, the night shift manager approached me and said unfortunately I wouldn't get it. He said that they hadn't changed their hours back to closing at 9pm yet but they were "supposed to". He also said he tried to find my number to let me know it had been cancelled but the receipt didn't show it. Now, prior to him coming out, the first young man said they didn't even know the order came through. Now the manager is saying that he couldn't " find my number" to call me even though when you order online you have to enter your number into their system.It's truly giving I just wanted to close early. I'm tired from work, still hungry, and now I have to wait even longer to eat. I'm sure they're tired too, but I didn't create the business hours. I requested the DMs contact info and of course it was a struggle just to get an email. I hope it's the correct contact information because I waisted my time, gas, energy, and money coming here so someone will need to reimburse me. I don't want to have to wait 7 business days either. My money was taken right away.

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever experienced.At first Jayanne seemed accommodating and I was looking forward to rewarding her patience. However, when asked if I was able to tell her the toppings I wanted and build a burger, hastily she replied that I must choose something from the menu - she needs something to enter into the computer- then I can make changes from there.Confused, I found a burger with one item I wanted and changed the remaining. She returned to our table while entering the order… only to ask my table mate a question.When the food came out. My daughter’s burger had mayo - the only item requested to be changed on hers… mine was purely pink inside. I couldn’t remember choosing a burger temperature during ordering. After confirming my suspicions, I asked Joyanne to remake the food; asking what the options of temperature were because I didn’t recall her asking - she continued to become more and more bratty; I had to bite my tongue a few too many times. Upon learning the options were pink or no pink - and that the restaurant considered what I was served to be “NO PINK” I decided I no longer wanted a burger. I would not need a replacement, only a refund. More attitude and rude service. I called to speak with someone, was held on hold.

After a long day, we stopped at this location to enjoy dinner as a family. It was the dirtiest restaurant we have been in. There was trash and food all over the floor. The wait staff was pleasant, the food was decent, but due to the cleanliness of this location, we are not likely to return.

Stepping into this Red Robin felt like a dive into a retro diner where the ‘sticky’ is part of the aesthetic, and the booth upholstery tells a tale of a thousand meals. The blinds sport a modern art splash, while the TVs add a cool blue hue to the ambiance, reminiscent of a jazz club at midnight. The seats and floor? They’re not stained, they’re seasoned, adding character to every corner. It’s a place where the atmosphere is so rich, it’s practically vintage. A renovation might just rob it of its unique charm that pairs so well with a gourmet burger.

He was attentive but not overbearing (refilled my drink silently before I even thought to ask for a refill) and overall, I think he does a fantastic job as a waiter. Great demeanor, easygoing and kind. The food was great and came out promptly and was hot too. Overall very pleased.

Excuse my French, but that was the best Damn TURKEY BURGER I have ever had in my life, and my waitress BECKA GAVE ME THE BEST DAMN SERVICE THAT I HAVE HAD IN YEARS!!! And not to mention the bottomless fries to top it all off , it was just a top tier experience, anytime I'm wanting a burger RED ROBIN is my favorite place to go!!!!❤?

The food was good. However, our server lacked in serving us properly. Just because we didn't buy drinks and had water with our dinner doesn't mean the server has to ignore us. Two dinner plates and 1 dipping sauce for our fries. Was very annoyed. Yes, we did ask for another dipping sauce. The manager was kind.The server never asked if we wanted dessert , "Here's your receipt. Thank you for coming in."Our server continued to stand by the register and gossip with the staff instead of taking care of her table or helping clear dirty tables.We enjoy Red Robbin as long as the server/waitress/waiters are doing their job well and have great attention to their customers.
