Very disappointed. Treated myself yesterday to 4 Chocolate covered cinnamon rolls / donuts. They were burnt, flat and dry. No cinnamon flavor. Worst donut I ever had. I will never go there again. Plus it was like $6.70. Man did I get ripped off. I will be returning them tomorrow.I Returned the following day. Manager Lady very rude. Said no refunds. Not a very good business practice. Most good businesses stand behind their product and try to make things right. Acted like I offended her because I didn’t like what I bought. Horrible customer service experience.
I have bought cookies twice trying to get windmill cookies. Both times the wrong cookies were in the package. One time chessmen and unsure of next package but it had chickens and people. Both tasted like ginger snaps. Still giving five stars because we all make mistakes.

Ordered a gender reveal cake for pickup Saturday afternoon for a gender reveal party Sunday (since they are closed on Sundays). Cake was extremely dry and guests either refused a piece after trying a sample or had to have a drink while eating it. Very disappointing and embarrassing. Tried contacting about my dissatisfaction and was told they werent sure if there was anything they could do or if they would do anything at all. After some prompting I was offered a couple free donuts. Again very disappointing. Would never order or recommend ordering a cake from there again
