The slowest service of any Starbucks I’ve been to. Some visits I’ve been ignored so I’ve ended up leaving without ordering anything. Other visits the barista was so chatty with customers that she slowed down service to customers waiting in line.

Best starbucks coffee in GR. Yes for some reason they really have the best coffee and service. Never a long wait and the order has been correct every order. This location could train the starbucks stand alone stores in customer service and how to make coffee:-). We drink a lot of coffee and have visited about every starbucks in the GR area and this location is awesome!

Hard to find! It's in the grocery store, tucked up front beyond the cash registers near an exit door. Service was quality, but quite slow. The server was pleasant, talkative, but that sure slowed the line down. Everything was very clean as they had just opened for the day. It took almost 10 minutes to get two coffees with cream and sugar. Coffee was hot as it had just been brewed.

The staff was friendly to the regulars, I am not and could tell. My sandwich was not put in when it should and I had to wait a bit for my drink because they were busy and even longer because they didn’t put my sandwich in when they should have.

Not at good experience. There were two employees working but only one was making drinks and she seemed to struggle. The other man was taking orders but he struggled with his task. He Forgot to take my name at the point of sale, and didn’t know what a Misto was. The man stood around and was very unhelpful to his coworker. The orders came out in random order & took a very long time. My Misto was definitely not a Misto. They need more training. They were kind but they need more experienced people working with those who have less experience. The Manager needs to be more mindful of holiday staffing.
