I gave this location another chance but now I'm done. No way you made this sub and couldn't tell the bread was burnt. That's super lazy and careless. Not even edible and I already drove home. You guys suck at this location.

The young lady with glasses working 04/30/25 around 9:00 pm was so rude and disrespectful to me.
I was super patient with her the whole time, but she didn’t listen to what I wanted and my whole sub was wrong. She then proceeded to go on her phone WHILE making my sub with her gloves on, then went back to making my sub, (touched my sub with the gloves she was literally on her phone with). She didn’t put the right vegetables on when I specifically told her 2 times, then just dumped half the bottle of mustard and mayo and on when I asked for a LITE mustard and mayo. Absolutely horrible service here, wouldn’t recommend going to this subway in Grandville!

would not recommend this location, the worst one i’ve ever been too. if you plan on ordering online, make sure to call ahead to see more than one person is working! because apparently they aren’t able to do online orders then, even if the store is empty?they’ll just cancel your online order and not even tell you why! but be careful when you call, cause when you explain what happened, they’ll immediately hang up. I even went into the store just to get some idea of what was going on, and the worker (some girl with purple highlights) lied to my face. she said “the phone was buzzing/the phone was ringing when i picked it up” well how come my coworker was able to call and have a conversation with you just fine not even ten minutes later??? i’ve worked at a subway for four years. i know how things are. i know how stressful it can be, but never have i ever lied to a customers face because i didn’t feel like doing my job. even the food is disgustinf. everytime ive ordered my sandwich is made wrong, cold even though its toasted, and just not appetizing. pretty gross

Ordered food and it was cancelled. They didn’t call me at all to let me know. I just happened to check my email and it said cancelled. The girl that answered was rude and just said yeah we don’t have what your ordered, she didn’t offer to make another order and hung up. She just acted like I was annoying her. I’ve had other bad experiences here. This location never seems to have anything available that you want and it always looks disgusting.

The person taking my order was very slumber and not talkative and when I he did talk I had to ask him to repeat everything because I could decipher his mumbling. Then when I open my sandwich which I watched him make was made correctly but a flat bread shouldn't be rolled. It was a mess

AVOID. Sandwiches are $1-$3 more than every other subway. Employees have long hair with no hair nets. Very slow service for no apparent reason, and the employees don’t seem very well trained - the sandwiches were extremely messy and no human being would eat as much mustard as they put on.
Lastly- when you pay with a card here, it comes up as “store”, not Subway, which just really bugs me.
