Done going here. Made a mobile order. Showed up and they’re completely out of black beans. I’m vegan and can’t just sub it out. It’s slow and terrible every time I visit this location. And then they put cheese and sour cream on it when I specifically requested they DONT add those. Ended up with a bag of food I couldn’t even eat!!!!!!

Went there last night to get my son food after the Grandville football game. We were in the drive thru for 50 min. A literal 50 minutes and the drive thru line never moved. There were cars in a long line who ended up just driving away, which is the same thing I did when I realized I had waited almost an hour. How appalling. In what line of business is that acceptable? The owner should be flabbergasted at how this establishment is ran.

Update: Came here again and it's even dirtier than last time and not really busy. The lobby is gross and no clean tables and the bathrooms were gross too. They need to pay attention more to cleaning here because it seems ro always be a problem. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.
This location needed to be cleaned. It wasn't busy, but nobody out cleaning tables or floors. Disappointed they didn't have the Cinnabon balls. They got our order right and food was good.

We ordered food from here today, around 1:51pm and the service was amazing. Her name was Jess and she was so sweet! we had previously went to subways and the first one had terrible service and not a welcoming atmosphere. The second didn't have anything, so we restored to taco bell and it didn't take long for food to come to us and she was very patient! Thank you so much Jess.

When we got to this taco bell it was busy crazy. Grub hub orders, in store restaurant customers and drive through. As we paid for our meal the employee told us it's going to be a bit of a wait for the food. We said ok. We figured 20 minutes or so. It was 5 minutes. That was faster than the Holland Taco Bell when they are not busy. We were pleased. Food order was correct. Food was good.
