The tables were all dirty. In between the table edges were so full of grub it was gross. Not busy so they should of been cleaning.

By far the dumbest staff in food service! Every time I go there, they screw something up! Bagel when I ordered a Sausage McMuffin. They forget the wax paper on the donut, so all the donut icing sticks to the inside of the bag and very little icing remains on the donut (How dumb can you be? You're a donut shop?) Clearly, management can't manage.

This place has quick friendly staff. They also have the best coffee out of many places including other THs. Only draw back is they don't do the Farmers wraps at this location

My family and I love Kellie, the manager, and all of the staff!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and is always spot on with our order! They make my daughter’s day by talking to her every morning and they make each experience very personable! : )

Food was good, but I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered an iced caramel latte, got it hot instead. The whole time the staff was making jokes with me right there in the store about "Who would order a hot latte on a day like this?!" Y'all it's 90° out, of course I didn't order it hot. C'mon.
Edit: I just opened up my bagel, I got it toasted and it's literally burnt. See pics. I can't. This is ridiculous.

Just awful. The lady was rude about everything. My sandwich wasn’t warm and my ice Capp wasn’t even frozen!! It was straight liquid and I asked for her to remake it and she was like there’s nothing she could do because it was suppose to be like that. Like what it’s suppose to be frozen. And then I asked for avocado toast because I saw it on the menu and she said they don’t sell that. She was being very lazy even tho no one was in line. Very disappointed and it was my first time having an ice cpp and I saw a lot online and wanted to try it, nothing like how it should’ve been. Ordered a sweet foam cold brew and it was flavored but it was straight black coffee. Just disappointed. Never coming here again.

Currently visiting my best friends and Godsons and I was recommended by a friend back home in Arizona to try Tim Hortons since we don’t have any there and so the first time I got an Ice Capp drink which was amazing. But today, 5/19/24 when I came in I asked for the staff to make something they liked or that’s good I had no preferences as I normally drink my coffee black but I like trying everything so I asked for them to choose an iced latte and I believe her name was Jenna, she did not disappoint she knew the perfect combo!I know most coffee places get slightly irritated when people come in and ask for them to choose the drink for them but the staff here were super friendly, happy and full of smiles! I’m happy with the choices made! The only disappointment I had this morning was not being able to tip I didn’t see a tip jar and didn’t see and option for tip when paying!
