Food was good, but I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered an iced caramel latte, got it hot instead. The whole time the staff was making jokes with me right there in the store about "Who would order a hot latte on a day like this?!" Y'all it's 90° out, of course I didn't order it hot. C'mon.
Edit: I just opened up my bagel, I got it toasted and it's literally burnt. See pics. I can't. This is ridiculous.

Currently visiting my best friends and Godsons and I was recommended by a friend back home in Arizona to try Tim Hortons since we don’t have any there and so the first time I got an Ice Capp drink which was amazing. My family and I love Kellie, the manager, and all of the staff!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and is always spot on with our order! They make my daughter’s day by talking to her every morning and they make each experience very personable! : )
