We loved the ice cream here! First time coming in on a hot day. I got the cocoa coconut, and my friend got the triple scoops. I also like the pistachio flavor, very creamy. I will definitely be back to try more flavors!

We love this place but……..the last time we went, we found gluten cone pieces in a bowl of gluten free ice cream. We understand that this place is not completely GF and cross contamination can happen however, when nearly everything they serve caters to the GF community, better precautions and training of staff should be taken to ensure the GF community does not get glutened.

They catered a Father’s Day event at my church and the salted ice cream was to die for! Never had anything like it!

Stopped on our way home from shopping, we live in southern Michigan about an hour away. First the employees were rude about parking and made me move because “the concrete was new” however there was no flags up or anything. I moved no problem but they made another rude comment when I walked up to the window. How was I supposed to know there was no parking there? Again it was not marked. On top of that before ordering I asked how the strawberry malts were made and I was told “not with chunks of real strawberry, it’s a juice”. We ordered two but because they were full of real strawberry and an allergy they had to be thrown away. They were also basically just cold milk and strawberries, soupy with zero malt. I went to Cone World down the street and received great service and two malts made the way I was told they would be!

The employees were all friendly and provided quick service. The ice cream was some of the best I've ever had. If you can, get the apple crisp flurry - you won't regret it!
Eventually they were really busy, the line went fast. The ice cream was delicious, the staff was very friendly. The family and I are new in town and Tippy Cow is our ice cream spot!
