I walked in and could see 5 employees working. I figured they were busy so I just waited at the cash register to have my order taken. After 5 minutes of waiting however I left. Nobody had the courtesy to acknowledge me, or tell me they will be with me shortly. It was not until I left and another group of customer walked in that someone came to take orders. Abysmal customer service. I’d love to say the food was at least adequate however I left empty handed. Which was a shame as I really wanted a smoothie.

I usually love coming here but today the workers were a mess. They were all literally screaming and laughing. Beyond that, this is the worst smoothie I’ve had made and my food is wrong. I ordered a chicken pesto flatbread which they did not put the tomatoes on like it’s supposed to come with. The bahama mama smoothie I ordered was so under blended that I can’t drink it through the straw.

Worst, soggiest, not even barely warm, pesto all over the outside chicken pesto "flatbread" I've ever had. I seriously want my money back from that. Disgusting! Quality is horrible.

Takes 20+ minutes to get food, kids swear and yell don’t make your food after you order. Ever since they switched to just younger kids and not adults the service is terrible and takes for ever. Today was the last time I will be going to tropical smoothie.

Usually a great place! Today service was horrible!!!!! The male who started didn’t even know about the lions smoothie deal so I asked to get someone who knew so I could ask my question about using my point and still redeeming it and she said yes… only to be told no at the end so I walked out in front of everyone and didn’t order. The staff is very uninformed and they should not say yes and start and order when they don’t know …

All I have ever had is their smoothie and love them

The smoothies aren't blended well.. the thicker smoothies you can tell the difference of ingredients being blended

Ordered take out, two smoothies both with additives. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes, got there in about 8 minutes. Upon arrival I asked about the order, they just pulled the ticket and started making it then. They rushed the smoothies and handed them back, unfortunately we left in a hurry and did not try them until after we were on the road. The smoothies did not taste good at all, and pretty sure they did not include the additives that we paid for. Very upset about this, we are normally big Tropical Smoothie Fans.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM THIS CHAIN. I BOUGHT A SMOOTHIE ONLINE TO GO. WHEN I PICKED IT UP AND STARTED TO DRINK IT YOU COULDN'T! THE INGREDIENTS WHERE NOT EVEN GROUND ALL THE WAY DOWN. I CALLED THE PLACE TO ASK FOR A REFUND AND THE ASSOCIATES TELLS ME SHE CAN NOT BECAUSE THE MANAGER ISN'T THERE. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I USE/GO TO TROPICAL CAFE AGAIN!

Love this place! Great food and great smoothies. We did have two smoothies today come out not blended fully where we couldn’t fit jn a straw. Never had this happen before. But the worker was so polite and quick to remake them and they came out just like they normally do. Definitely a favorite for summer
