I’ve tried and tried to give this wendys a chance but the continue to disappoint. The workers at this Wendy’s not only rude but cheapskates. This is the only Wendy’s where I’ve had this old lady in the drive thru tell me I had to pay .50 for sauce the first time and now .53 cents my girlfriend can’t stand going to this location either because of how this old lady is. She’s working today 12/23/25 next to a young man that seems to just want to do his job. She’s rude with her face her service and downright should not be in this line of work atleast not to where the customers see her grinch looking smile that she never has on. She’s got some of the worst RBF I’ve ever seen trust me that’s sayin a lot. Goes without saying I will always drive down to 54th st from here on out this Wendy’s is trash and the other one has NEVER charged me for sauce.

Every time I come to this location whoever is working the drive thru never says anything when I pull up to the speaker it always takes them atleast a couple minutes until an employee even addresses me, and it's not even busy when I come there.

Went to this location at 9pm to try the caramel fusion Frosty for the first time with my mom. Tony the manager took our order, made our order, and even stopped by to chat. He’s a great guy and a great manager. Definitely my favorite Wendy’s location ❤️

9pm I came here with my daughter to try the caramel fusion frosty. AMAZING!! Tony the manager was so nice and welcoming. He made our food and was very friendly. A nice pic of the all gone frosty :)
They hire extremely slow and lazy people. Never been to a more terrible location. 4 workers standing outside talking while the line wraps around the building. Lady at the speaker has an attitude and its just all around terrible. 30 mins in a wendys drive thru is ridiculous

I came by at night , ordered my food…. And waited over 20 mins for it. I was the ONLY person in line. They told me to drive ahead cuz it will take a sec. Nobody updated me. I had to drive back to the drive thru and ask MYSELF where my food was.
I got a refund but my time has been WASTED. I should have gotten compensated. They didn’t offer me a coupon or anything bro . Don’t go here

I am a vegetarian and I can't have dairy, and need lots of protein, they did not offer much for vegetarians or any dairy free options, very disappointed they did not accommodate my needs. The girls working One named Makala , we're very nice did not give any bad attitudes, or anything like that, am just disappointed in the food options
