My chicken was AWFUL. I bit into pieces that were straight bone and other pieces were so fatty and stringy and veiny. I had samples before and loved them but my actual was meal was awful. I got so sick from eating it and the fact there was so much bone was disgusting. I also kept asking about an ingredient and theyd just ask me if I wanted extra food and to pick what I wanted from the menu. They didnt even answer my questions and just asked me what I was getting. Between the poor service and the food making me violently ill, I'm NEVER going here again.

Normally when I come here they cook the food fresh. Today they threw precooked chicken on the skillet top and barely warmed it up before putting it in the foam container. Disappointed for not receiving fresh ingredients, especially when your order is made in front of you!

The amount of oil left in the container makes me never want to eat here again! I can only imagine how much oil was coated in the chicken and vegetables.

One employee was standing at the cash register putting food together while another employee wanted to take our order at the drink machines.. Yet there was a lady off to the side that had to come back to the register to pay still. I recommend having customers ONLY order at the register instead then move them down the food line (it makes most sense) to avoid confusion. Seems like the employees can't handle a lunch rush effectively. Then they forget to make our food. The "veggies" were just cabbage no broccoli in sight and only a few entree options. Food was mid. Now I see why China Experience is usually more busy & I'll continue to go there instead. *Don't try this place like we did cuz you'll regret it!*

The steak and fried rice were just okay, edible, not something I would try again. The veggies were kinda bad and the tray was filled with a lot of liquid that could have been drained off.Service is quick and you can watch them make the food in front of you.

My daughter and I ate here the other day after doing some shopping. The teriyaki chicken was delish, minus some really chewie pieces. We were disappointed with the rest of the food because all the rest of the food was rather bland and tasted like oil. There was soooo much oil we lost our appetite and threw the takeout boxes away despite there being sooo much food left. We will be going elsewhere in the food court for now on.They also didn’t give us a tray or a bag.

The guys reel you in with samples and their amazing energy. The set up is great, the food however needed more, my noodles were mushy and it seems like they were reheated from the night before as more customers I saw with the noodles, they looked fresh. The chicken has amazing flavor but had quite a few tendony parts that were not appetizing. Lastly part of my food was ice cold which threw me because they grill it ?

Definitely bring some cash if your eating here. You're paying close to $4 dollars just for a drink.

This is one of my favorite places to go for Teriyaki Chicken. Made fresh infront of you or while you wait at a table, this food is Hot and Delicious! With great sides and sauces it is hard to go wrong here. They even have an option for extra chicken with your order for a small additional fee and it is well filling! I enjoy it greatly, and would absouletly suggest it to anybody in the area looking for a good bite.?

Vegetarian options: With "D'lite" meals, they offer a small variety of vegetarian options.

Parking: Plenty of space to park here at Rivertown Crossing's mall.

Wheelchair accessibility: Rivertown has an elevator and assistance for anybody needing it. (Call the main office downstairs with questions or needs)

Seriously the best teriyaki chicken I’ve had in my life. Guys behind the counter were friendly. The meat and veggies are cooked fresh to order. Great portion sizes. Glad we found this place while we were browsing the mall. It’ll be a regular spot for us.
