Just wanted to give you praise for never messing up my order. I can't go to any surrounding store (other bk stores, McDonald's, Taco Bell, etc.) Without something being wrong like the time it takes, or food being cold, or missing an item, but this store always hits
People are friendly here. But the food isn’t that good. Also they have their back door wide open a lot. I’ve worked at several BKs and this definitely goes against policy as rodents can easily get in with the door wide open like this. Kind of makes me nervous about eating here
The night shift manager working 10/01/25 is FANTASTIC! she’s always super friendly and helpful everytime i come in. I can’t remember her name but she has black hair and some tattoos. I really hope she sees this so she knows how appreciative i am!! by far the best fast food customer service i’ve ever had.
