Popular stop on the way home from up north - can be a wait during peak season and Sundays. Chili is delicious. Burger looked amazing. Sandwich was average. Service was average on a less-busy-than-normal afternoon. Extended patio space during peak season (Memorial Day thru Labor Day).
We showed up at 5:50pm. Had drinks at 5:55 and was eating appetizers and dinner by 6:07pm. The best service and food!! We ordered mozzarella wedges, grilled chicken sandwich and a Spike burger!
We usually love Spikes, but have typically been there for lunch or an early dinner... tonight we were wanting to watch the Lions game. It was on, but they were playing jazz (loudly) and when we asked if they were going to play the sound for the game they said no. So bottom line is, if you're wanting to watch a ball game, don't go there. Food- yes, sports- no ☹
