Gluten free friendly!!! I found this on the Find Me Gluten Free app on our way home. Staff is knowledgeable and pretty much any of their sandwiches can be gluten free. Staff will change gloves and prep on a clean surface to prevent against cross contamination. I’m so used to never having somewhere to stop on the long drives back down state. We have a new favorite place to stop! So grateful to have something besides gas station snacks to eat!
My kids agree best sandwich ever! Bread was amazing. Sides were fantastic. We tried the Ruben, the dipper, manistee and the Cali! All were very tasty. Owner and employees were welcoming and helpful.

Passing through on a trip and got a cold The Au Sable sandwich with the Two River sauce. The sandwich has good flavor and is a good portion size. Wish it was a tad fuller. The bread is light and fresh. It made for a refreshing lunch from a small, local business. Prices were fair and there is a nice selection of sandwiches, deli meats and cheese, cold salads, and even chocolate chip cookies and gourmet cheesecake. Service was professional and friendly.
