They need to make a way to get out of the drive thru when things get backed up. We got stuck in the drive thru line for 40 minutes before we could even order. If there was a way to leave we would have.

Biggby is a treat. The baristas are nice, coffees are great and I had a $1 off coupon in my email to use. Perfect because I was craving a butter bear iced coffee latte and I happened to be in Greenville today and was able to treat myself 😋

I’d like to start this by saying that the location is well kept and staff did their jobs but i went in today, spent $16 (plus tip) for 2 drinks that were filled to the top with ice and lasted maybe 3 or 4 sips which was kinda depressing.
