They were completely on top of their game and took such amazing care of me. And the food? One star overall due to the policy of shortchanging every cash customer the penny portion of the change. Every other fast food or any type of drive-thru will round your change up when they don't have pennies. This place, without any signage I saw, simply rounds down the change each and every time. So, for shortchanging me literally 1 cent, enjoy this 1 star review. Hope it was worth it.

what happened!!! popeyes used to be good, now they have smaller pieces with ALOT of extra breading to make the pieces look bigger, this has definitely changed, prices have gone up and i get tha, BUT for ALOT of extra breading and smaller pieces of chicken....meh i think i will start going to the other chicken joint in town!

It's very quiet because there's never anyone there :)

I have been to this restaurant twice in the past four days. The first time was this past thursday, and I waited for over fifteen minutes at the speaker without any service. They did tell me to hang on twice.But I still felt like it was a little too long. I ended up leaving.
Today saturday at 6:15 p.m., i arrived in your drive through and got service right away. But then I was told at the window, it was going to be three minutes for 6 tenders. They asked me to pull forward which I did. I then proceeded to see three people get their order before me.While I waited for over 15 minutes. Somehow my order got bumped and nobody brought it out to me. Only thing I was offered for my inconvenience was a pie. I wasn't going to complain about the first visit because I wanted to blow it off. But after today's service, i'm not too excited about this location.

Don’t come into Greenville often, and when I do, I definitely won’t be coming back to this place again. Drive thru took forever, they had me pull up to wait for the food. No problem, but when the food came out, Only half of it was delivered. So I park and go in, where the man takes the order of the family in front of me, but proceeds to walk off as soon as I step up to the counter. When I finally do get someone to help, I’m met with a nasty look and a bag quickly thrusted into my arms, without the proper sauces or utensils to eat it with. Awful customer service, but good food.

I can’t believe it takes 15mins for a so called fast food place. I believe they serve all drive through first and “fit dining in”. Just go through drive through and bring it in if you want a dine in.

Arrived at 3:00pm. The grabbed chick out of the heat lamps. No clue on how old or how long that food had been sitting out. Chicken was dry but the limited fried pickles were delicious.

The last 3 times I've been there, I've been the only person at the drive thru, and each time I've been asked to pull ahead as nothing was ready.
Today I purchased 8 pieces of chicken only, and a small Coke..
Much to my disapoint, when I got home I find out I had 6 wing fried beyond being edible, 1 thigh, without any skin, and a something covered in batter which I didn't attempt to eat as it was unidentifiable..
All for $28.00... REALLY????
This place is a constant disappointment, and I'll order pizza from now on.....

Wish I could leave 0. They fire all the good workers or something, these people are rude, and take forever to get your order out. They'll pull you to the side for 20+ mins and still nothing. Bad management and bad food. Never again.

Ordered a 9 peace family chicken.
Told them 3 times I wanted spicy ! got classic !
Told them 2 times I wanted fries got mashed potatoes and gravy !
No napkins, no silverware.
