Discovered this place a few months ago. Always fresh and hot food. Fantastic flavors. Staff is wonderful! Can't recommend this place enough. Due to Covid, we've been doing take out and the food is always hot and fresh, chef has the pick up times on point.

Daughter and I tried this place for the first time today. We are newer to Greenville. This place is a hidden gem. I had the Flank Steak Melt (it was soooooo good!), my daughter had a buttermilk waffle, very good. Food and service were exceptional. We will definitely be here again. With limited hours our husbands are missing out, but we were sure to tell them how fantastic the food was. Restuarant and bathrooms very clean.

Pat's is fantastic! This place is a San Francisco gem! The omelets are tasty as can be! The staff is super friendly and helpful with directions or questions about the city. Your day will be off to a great start if you go with Pat's!!!!!!!!!
