I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger yesterday with mayo mustard and onion and I got a regular cheeseburger with mustard ketchup and pickle I asked to fix my order and the person at the counter short female with short hair told me she didn't make it but she didn't even have it on my receipt she had cheeseburger I asked to speak to the manager she said she was in the middle of something then she said so you don't want this burger is said no and I never got it fixed worst customer...read full review
Incorrect order, very old fries, hard nuggets. I love Wendy’s, but this one has really gone down hill. I’ll have to drive to Cedar Springs next time, so my family can eat the food I bring home.
i feel that its bad service. I waited in line to get my family food and got to the front of the line to be told we are closing 20 min to close. TO TOP IT OFF thay would not take my order but took the order of everyone else ... i will not be back to this location and i will never recommend this place where people bath in the sink. this location should be shut down PERMANENTLY ....
